Özet
Küreselleşen dünyada artan rekabet yoğunluğu, birçok şirketi ve kurumu personeline daha fazla özen göstermeye yönelik tedbirler almaya yönlendirmektedir. Şirketlerin personeline uyguladığı eğitimler her geçen gün artmaktadır. Resmi ya da özel kurum ve şirketlerde işe yeni başlayan personele verilen oryantasyon eğitimi, personelin kuruma ilk adımını attığı zaman başlar ve bir süre devam eder.Oryantasyon eğitimi, personelin ilk izlenimi üzerinde büyük rol oynar. Oryantasyon eğitimi alan personel işine daha çabuk adapte olduğu için kendisinden istenilenleri daha çabuk yerine getirmektedir. Oryantasyon eğitimi, işverene, oluşabilecek herhangi bir kazayı önlediği için ekonomik yönden ve zamandan tasarruf sağlar.Bu çalışma Mersin Milli Eğitim Müdürlüğü'ne yeni atanan öğretmenlere, oryantasyon eğitimi kapsamında verilen uyum eğitiminin etkililiğinin değerlendirilmesi amacıyla yapılmış ve uyum eğitiminin personele etkisinin boyutları araştırılmıştır.Çalışmanım teorik kısmında, insan kaynakları yönetiminde eğitim kavramı, eğitim türleri ve eğitim ihtiyaçları incelenmiş, ayrıca, oryantasyon(işe alıştırma) eğitiminin amacı, kapsamı temelleri hakkında ayrıntılı bilgi verilmiştir. Bunun dışında Mersin Milli Eğitim Müdürlüğü'ne yeni atanan öğretmenlere oryantasyon eğitimi kapsamında verilen uyum eğitiminin kurumsal amacı, içeriği ve kapsamı anlatılmıştır.Çalışmanın uygulama kısmında Mersin Milli Eğitim Müdürlüğü'ne yeni atanan öğretmelere verilen uyum eğitiminin etkililiğinin değerlendirilmesi üzerine yapılan araştırmanın istatistik analizleri ve elde edilen sonuçlar paylaşılmıştır. Bu çalışmada veri toplama aracı olarak anket yöntemi kullanılmış veriler SPSS paket programı ile analiz edilmiştir.Sonuçta, uyum eğitiminin yeni atanan öğretmenler üzerinde olumlu etkilerinin olduğu ve konu bazında değişen oranlarda uyum eğitimi amaçlarına ulaşıldığı anlaşılmıştır.

The increasing intensity of competition in a globalized world leads many companies and institutions to take measures to demonstrate more compliance to the staff. The training staff of the companies is increasing each passing day. In official or private institutions and companies, the orientation training given to new started staff starts when the staff makes his fist step into the company or institution and lasts for a while.The orientation training plays a major role on the first impression of the staff. The staff who takes orientation training can fulfills anything more quickly since he adapts more quickly to the business. Orientation training saves money and time for employer since it prevents any accident and unfavorable situation that may occur.This study is made to the newly assigned teachers to the National Education Directorate of Mersin within the context of orientation training seminar to evaluate the effectiveness of the given orientation training. It was investigated that whether the orientation training has effect on the stuff or not.In the theory part of the study, the concept of training in human resource management, types of education and training needs were discussed. In addition, Detailed information was given about orientation, (job training), purpose of scope and foundations of education. On the other hand, within the context of orientation training to the newly assigned teachers to the National Education Directorate of Mersin, content, scope and the purpose of education is described.Within the scope of application of the study, statistical data on the orientation training to the newly assigned teachers to the National Education Directorate of Mersin is also shared. Survey method was used to collect these data.Eventually, it is understood that orientation training has positive effects on the newly assigned teachers and largely achieved the objectives of compliance training.
