Özet
Bu araştırma, ilköğretim ikinci kademedeki müzik dersinin, müzik beğenisine göre öğrenciler üzerindeki olumlu ve olumsuz etkilerinin incelenmesi amacıyla yapılmıştır. Bu çalışmada, öğrencilerin müzikle ne derece ilgili oldukları, günlük hayatta müziği nasıl ve ne için kullandıkları, günlük hayattaki müziği müzik dersiyle nasıl ilişkilendirdikleri, bu bağlamda müzik derslerine olan bakış açıları, beklentileri, müzik dersinin diğer derslerine olan olumlu ve olumsuz etkileri, ayrıca veli ve okul yönetiminin müzik dersleriyle ilgili tutum ve davranışları analiz edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Müzik dersinin sadece bir eğlence ya da stres atma dersi olarak görülmemesi, SBS, LGS, LYS, DGS vb. gibi sınavlarda müzikle ilgili soru çıkmadığı için göz ardı edilmemesi gerektiği de göz önüne alınarak, müzik dersinin verimliliğinin artırılması konusunda yöntem ve öneriler geliştirilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bütün bunların yanında müzik öğretmeninin sınıftaki etkin rolü, öğrencilere dersi nasıl sevdirmesi gerektiği, dersi bir eğlence aracı gibi görmemeleri için nasıl bir yol izlemesi gerektiği de araştırmalar arasındadır.

This research has been conducted in order to observe the positive and negative effects of music course upon the 2th grade primary learners in terms of their enjoyment of music. In this research, the learners? interest in music, their objective to engage in the music in their daily life; withing this respect, their perspective regarding the music lessons, their relating their daily life music to the course of music, their expectations, the positive and negative effects of music lesson on to the other courses, additionally, the attitudes and behaviours of the parents and school management with regards to the music lesson have been strruggled to be analyzed. Methods and suggestions have been aimed to be improved for the efficiancy of the music lesson regarding the subject that music lesson should not be regarded as a lesson only to enjoy and to relax, and bearing in mind the fact that there is no questions from music lesson in the exams such as SBS, LGS, LYS and DGS. In addition to all of these, the active role of music instructor in the classroom, the way to make students like the course, and what kind of an aprroach to adopt for that the students should not see the lesson as a means of fun are the topics to investigate.
