Özet
Bu çalışmada Türkiye, Yunanistan ve Bulgaristan eğitim sistemleri incelenmiş, bu ülkelerdeki denetim olgusuna bakılarak, benzer ve farklı yönleri tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır.2008-2011 yılları arasında Türkiye, Yunanistan ve Bulgaristan'ın eğitim sistemleri incelenmiştir. Kaynak taraması yöntemiyle yapılan ön çalışma ve ülkelerin Bologna sürecinde hazırladığı raporların incelenmesi sonrasında öğretmenlerle yapılan görüşmeler, bu ülkelerdeki eğitim sistemi ve eğitim sistemindeki denetim olgusunu ortaya çıkarmıştır. Eğitim sistemlerindeki değişik yapıların denetim olgusunu nasıl etkilediği önemlidir.Çalışma öncesinde bölgelere yapılan ziyaretler, yazılı kaynaklardaki bilgiler ve uygulama arasında bazı farklar olduğunu göstermiştir.İnceleme sonrasında ülkelerin eğitim ve denetim sistemleri bazı alanlarda benzerlik gösterirken, aralarında farklılıklar olduğu da tespit edilmiştir. Özellikle Yunanistan eğitim denetimi sisteminde müfettiş olgusunun bulunmadığı görülmüştür.

In this study the education and educational supervision systems of Turkey, Greece and Bulgaria were examined, considering the phenomenon of supervision the similar and different aspects of the systems were identified.Between the years 2008-2011 the education systems of Turkey, Greece, and Bulgaria were examined. After a preliminary source research and examining the country reports in the Bologna process the interviews with teachers revealed the education system and the phenomenon of supervision in these countries. It is important how the different structures in the education systems affected the phenomenon of supervison.Before the study, the visits to the regions have showed that there are some differences between the information in written sources and ongoing practice.After the research it was found that although in some areas the systems are similar to eachother, some different aspects were also identified. Especially, it was noticed that there is no phenomenon of inspector in the Greek supervision system.
