Özet
I ÖZET Vinilbromür 61 'in dehidrobrominasyonundan oluşan ara ürünün (alkin 65 veya ailen 65) yapısını aydınlatmak için, gerilimli bir alkin olan 65'in sen tezine çalışıldı. Bu amaçla, 75 bileşiği çıkış maddesi olarak alındı. 75'in sentezi için önce, exo-dibromalken 82 sentezlendi. Bu bileşiğin (82) LiAIH4, Zn-Cu çifti ve AcOH'lı ortamda Zn ile redüksiyonundân beklenen monobromalken 75 elde edilemedi. Ayrıca, exo- dibromalken 82, alkol 88'e hidroliz edildi. Alkol 88'in ilgili mesilat yada tosilat grubuna dönüştürülüp müteakiben LiAIH4 ile redüksiyon çalışmaları da sonuçsuz kalınca, 75'in başka bir yolla sentezine çalışıldı. Bu amaçla, alken 80'den çıkılarak keton 97 sentezlendi. Keton 97, PCI5 ve müteakiben t-BuOK ile muamele edilerek arzu edilen 75 bileşiğine dönüştürüldü. Klor-alken 75'in t-BuOK ile dehidroklorinasyonundan beklenen 61 ve 104 ürünlerinin aksine, bütoksi eter 105 elde edildi. 105 ürününün, karben dengesi üzerinden oluştuğu sonucuna varıldı. Ayrıca, 2,3-dihaloalkenlerden iyi bir ailen sentezleme yöntemi olan metallerle dehalojenasyon yöntemi uygulanarak exo- dibrom alken 86'dan ailen dimeri elde edilmeye çalışıldı. Reaksiyondan ailen dimeri yerine, Wurtz reaksiyonu üzerinden oluştuğu tahmin edilen iki izomerin. (110 ve 111) yanında toplam altı ürün izole edildi (61, 94, 110, 111, 112, 113). Bileşiklerin yapısı 1H-,13C-NMR ve kütle spektroskopisi ile aydınlatıldı.

SUMMARY In order to reveal the real structure of the intermediate (alkyne 65 or ailene 56) formed by dehyrobromination of vinylromide 61, we have developed an independent synthetic way leading to alkyne 65. For this reason we have used compound 75 as the starting material“. For the synthesis of 75, firstly, exo -dibromoalkene 82 has been synthesized. LİAIH4 and Zn-Cu couple reduction of this compound did not give the expected product 75. Attempted Zn-reduction of 82 in the presence of AcOH did also not result in the formation of the desired compound 75. Further more, exo -dibromalkene 82 was hydrolized to alcohol 88. The conversion of alcohol 88 to the corresponding mesyl or tosylate groups and followed reduction by LiAIH4 failed. As a second route for the synthesis of 75; the ketone 97 prepared from alkene 80, was easily converted to desired compound 75 by reaction with PCI5 followed by dehydrochlorination with t-BuOK. Further reaction of 75 with potassium tert- butoxide gave buthoxyl- ether 1 05 as the sole product, instead of the expected products 62 or 1 04. The formation of an carbene intermediate”! 05 was explained. In another work, we treated exo -dibromoalkene 86 with metalic zinc which is a well-known method for preparation of an ailene intermediate and obtained six products (61, 94,110, 111, 112, 113) from this reaction, instead of an expected ailene dimer. For the formation of isomers 110 and 111, we suggested a Wurtz--type coupling reaction mechanism. The isomers of the products were determined by means of 1H- 13C-NMR and mass spectral data.
