Özet
ÖZET Oyun alanlarında oyun öğelerinin özellilerine göre oyun işlevi nasıl gerçekleşmektedir? İstanbul parklarında klasik hale gelmiş oyun öğelerinin oluşturduğu oyun işlevi nedir? Bu oyun öğeleri çocukların gelişmelerini nasıl etkilemektedir? Bunları araştırmak için;“çocuk oyun işlevi ve öğeleri”konusunu yüksek lisans tez çalışması olarak ele alınmış ve bu tezde incelenmiştir. Oyun işlevini ortaya koyabilmek için çocukta oyunun, oyun çevresinin ve oyun öğelerinin ilişkilerinin açıklanması gerekir. Çocuk için oyun nedir? Çocukta oyun nasıl gelişmektedir? Oyun ve oyun çevresinin çocuk gelişimine katkıları nelerdir? Bu alanlarda çocukların fiziksel ve psiko-sosyal ihtiyaçlarını karşılamak için nasıl bir oyun işlevi sağlanmalıdır? Bunları cevaplayabilmek için çocuk ve oyun ilişkisi, çocuğun oyundaki psiko-sosyal gelişimi 1 Bölümde; çocuk ve oyun çevresi ilişkisi 2.Bölümde açıklanmıştır. Buna göre oyun alanlarının planlama kriterleri, çeşitli oyun alan tipleri ve öğelerinden örnekler verilmiştir. Bu genel bilgilerin ışığında oyun alanlarının içerdiği oyun öğelerine göre oyun alan tipi ve oyun alan işlevi belirlenmiştir. Oyun öğelerinin çocuklar üzerindeki fiziksel etkisi, sağladığı sosyal ilişki, alandaki oyun davranışı incelenerek oyun işlevi açıklanmıştır. Oyun işlevinin belirlenmesini daha somut hale getirmek için İstanbul- Park oyun alanlarında oyun öğeleri ve bunların çocukların gelişimi ile ilişkisi incelenmiş, oyun işlevi ortaya çıkarılmıştır. İstanbul-Park oyun alanında oyun işlevinin ne şekilde gerçekleştiği 5. Bölümde anlatılmaktadır. Yapılan incelemelerde oyun alanlarının oyun işlevini belirleyebilmek için kullanılan cetvellerdeki ilişkiler alanın oyun işlev surveyini belirleyen kriterle ri oluşturmaktadır. )&U*L

SUMMARY How has the play function been realized according to the specifications of the play units in the playgrounds? What is the play function created by the classical play units in the Istanbul gardens and how does that affect the deve lopment of children? For this reason, the subject of“The function and units of the children plays”to study the children's play function and units in the play grounds have been chosen as a study of higher education thesis work and the subject has been examined in this thesis. To clarify the function of play we ha ve to explain the relationship of play, the enviroment of play and the units of play. What does play mean for a child? How does a child realize a play? How do es the play and the environment of play affect the development of children? What sort of play function do we have to achieve to support the physical and psyco-social needs of children in these playgrounds. The relationship of children and play, the psyco-social development of children during and play have been explained in Partrl; and the relationship of children and fudther play has been explained in Part2 to find answers to the questions hereabove. Accordingly, some samples of planning criterias of playgo- runds, various types of playgrounds and play units have been given in this study. The playground type and the function of playground have been determi ned according to the play units under the explanatory notes of these general in formation and data. The effects of play units on the physical development of children,the social relationship that it affects and the behaviour of children in the playgorund have been clarified. To make the function of play more concrete, the play units in the IstanbulGardens - playgorunds and the relationship of these on the development of children have been studied and the functon of play has been determined. How does the function of play realize in Istanbul Gardens - playgrounds and how is it realized have been explained in Part: 3. During the the studies; the charts used to determine the play function of playgrounds are the criterias that determine te survey of play function in the playgrounds.
