Özet
Bu araştırmada, 2008 ve 2009 yıllarında yapılan Seviye Belirleme Sınavlarında (SBS) yer alan Sosyal Bilgiler sorularının Sosyal Bilgiler Programına uygunluğu incelenmiş ve Bloom'un bilişsel alan taksonomisine göre sınıflandırması yapılmıştır. Ayrıca soruların güçlük dereceleri ve cevaplanma oranları analiz edilmiş ve buna göre öğrencilerin başarı durumları değerlendirilmiştir.Araştırmada genel tarama modeli ve içerik analizi yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın konusu olan SBS Sosyal Bilgiler soruları olduğu gibi taranarak Sosyal Bilgiler Programıyla karşılaştırılmıştır. Sorular ölçme değerlendirme uzmanlarının görüşleri doğrultusunda Bloom'un bilişsel alan taksonomisine göre sınıflandırılmıştır. Sorular güçlük derecelerine göre değerlendirilirken Microsoft Visual Fox Pro paket programı kullanılarak elde edilen analiz sonuçları dikkate alınmıştır.Araştırma sonucunda, SBS Sosyal Bilgiler sorularının büyük ölçüde Sosyal Bilgiler Programına uygunluk gösterdiği, ancak soruların ünite ve konulara göre dağılımında eşitsizliklerin olduğu görülmüştür. Soruların Bloom'un bilişsel alan basamaklarına göre sınıflandırıldığında, üst düzey beceri gerektiren değerlendirme basamağına ait hiçbir soru bulunmadığı, en fazla sorunun ise kavrama basamağında yer aldığı tespit edilmiştir. Sınav verileri incelendiğinde ise soruların daha çok ortalama güçlükte olduğu saptanmıştır.

In this research, the Social Sciences questions that were asked in High Schools Entrance Examinations in years 2008 and 2009 (SBS) have been examined if they are suitable for Social Sciences Programme or not and have been classified according to Bloom?s cognitive domain taxonomy. Moreover, the difficulty levels and answer rates of questions have been analysed and accordingly, students? academic standings have been evaluated.In this research, survey and content analysis model were used. Subject of the research, the SBS Social Sciences questions have been compared with the Social Sciences Programme. The questions have been evaluated according to Bloom?s cognitive domain taxonomy with an eye to assessment and evaluation experts? ideas. Besides, while evaluating the questions, Microsoft Visual Fox Pro programme was used and the analysis results were marked.At the end of the research, it?s been observed that Social Sciences questions accord Social Sciences Programme largely but there is a disparity in distribution of questions in subjects. When the questions are classified according to Bloom?s cognitive steps, it?s been observed that There are no assessment questions that require high level skills, but most of the questions are at comprehension level. When the examination data is examined, it?s been observed that the questions are mostly at avarage difficulty.
