Özet
IV ÖZET Üniversite hazırlık sürecinin öğrenciler üzerinde büyük bir stres doğurduğu bilinmektedir. Bu çalışmanın amacı, sınav kaygısı ile ruhsal belirtiler arasında bir ilişkinin varlığını aramaktır. Bu nedenle sınav kaygısı yüksek olacağı düşünülen, 387 lise son sınıf öğrencisi çalışma grubunu, lise I. ve II. sınıftan 257 öğrencide kontrol grubunu oluşturmuştur. Öğrencilere SKE-SCL-90-R ve bir anket formu uygulamıştır. Elde edilen veriler, çalışma grubu içinde oluşturulan değişik gruplarla ve kontrol grubu verileriyle karşılaştırılmıştır. Çalışmanın genel bilgi bölümünde, üniversite giriş sınavı, kaygı, sınav kaygısı ve er genlik dönemi ele alınmıştır. Gereç ve yöntem bölümünde kullanılan araçlar ve çalışma populasyonu tanıtılmıştır. Çalışmanın sonunda üniversite giriş sınavının ruhsal belirti düzeyini arttırdığını, ruhsal belirti ve kaygı düzeyinin paralellik gösterdiği, girişi sınavsız okulda öğrenim gören öğrencilerin, girişi sınavlı okulda öğrenim görenlerden, kız öğrencilerin erkek öğrencilerden, sınav kaygı ve ruhsal belirti düzeyinin yüksek olduğu okullara göre değişiklik gösterdiği saptanmıştır.

SUMMARY ît is known that the preparation period for the university entrance exam creates a great stress upon students. The aim of this study is to find relation between exam anxiety and pscho- logical symptoms. For this reason, the experiment group Consisting of 387 third year high scool students and the control group Covering 257 first and second year high school students were thought that they would have high exam anxiety. The SKE, SCL-90-R and the a question naire form were applied to those student mentioned aboue. The obtained data were compared with the groups established within the experiment group and the control group. In the general knowledge part of the study, university entrance exam, anxiety, exam an xiety and puberty period were considered. In the material and method chapter the material used in the study and the population of the study were introduced. At the and of the study, it is found out that the universty entrance exam increases the le vel of pschological syunptom, there is a parallellism between the levels of pschological level and anxiety, and there are differences between the students who are attending schools that they had no entrance exam and who had an exam for entering those schools and another diffe rence also found out between male and female students and firally the significance is found out that exam anxiety and the level of pschological symptom vary dealing with the schools where schools where those anxiety and syptoms are in light level.
