Özet
Bu tez, İstanbul İli Anadolu Yakasında son on yılda üretilen toplu konut yerleşimlerinde, bahsedilen değişken koşullar sonucunda meydana gelmiş olan ürünlerin değerlendirilmesi amacını taşımaktadır.Araştırma kapsamında, tezin amacına uygun olarak 2003 yılından itibaren İstanbul İli Anadolu Yakası ilçelerinde, birçok farklı firma tarafından, üretimine başlanmış yüz adet toplu konut yerleşimi incelenerek değerlendirilmiştir.Tezin birinci bölümünde, çalışmanın amacı, kapsamı ve yöntemi anlatılmıştır.Tezin ikinci bölümünde toplu konutun tanımı, toplu konut üretimi ve Türkiye' de toplu konut olgusu, gelişimi ve son dönem toplu konut girişimleri hakkında bilgi verilmiştir.Üçüncü bölümde incelenen toplu konut yerleşimleri ile ilgili genel bilgiler ve gruplandırma sistemi anlatılmıştır. Ayrıca bu bölümde yerleşimleri karşılaştırmak üzere oluşturulan değerlendirme ölçütleri açıklanmıştır.Sonuç bölümü olan dördüncü bölümde, doküman çalışmasına dayanarak oluşturulan istatistikler ve bu istatistiki sonuçlara göre yapılan değerlendirmeler yer almaktadır.İstanbul ili, Anadolu Yakasında Son 10 Yılda Üretilen 100 adet toplu konut yerleşimi, her bir yerleşim için oluşturulan örnekleme şeması halinde ekler bölümünde çalışma kapsamına alınmıştır.

The purpose of the thesis called `Consideration of the housing, produced in the anatolian side of Istanbul in the last decade? is to compare 100 housing residentials that have been produced through the effection of variable social and economical conditions, with the assesment standards and the scoring system that generated in the scope of the thesis and to consider the results statistically.In the first part, the purpose of the thesis is to explain the scope and the method of the thesis.In the second part, information about, the definition of housing, producing of housing and the fact about housing in Turkey, development of housing in Turkey and the latest housing attempts is provided.In the third part of the thesis, it is told about the general information of housing residentials and streaming system that have been examined during the thesis.Besides this in this part, the assesment standards that have been generated to compare the housing residentials are explained.In the fourth part, there are the charts that have been created for each of 100 housing residentials.In the fifth part of the thesis which is the last one, statistics, created according to the documentation exercises and the assesments that have been generated according to the statistics take place.
