Özet
Günümüzde İnsanoğlu hayatını sürdürebilmek için zihinsel yada bedensel olarak çalışmak zorundadır. Çalışma geçmişten günümüze kadar hayatın en önemli konularından birini oluşturmuştur. İlk çağlardan günümüze kadar gerek ilkel, gerekse modern yollarla gerçekleşen çalışma ve onun ürünü olan emek gücü daima üzerinde durulan bir konu olmuştur.Çalışmaya bakış insanlık tarihi boyunca değişim göstermiştir. Kimi zaman kutsal kimi zaman eziyet, suçun cezası olarak kabul edilmiştir. Ancak yaşamın devamı için vazgeçilmez oluşuyla hep süregelmiştir. Çalışma olgusu sosyal refahın sağlanmasında sosyal politikaların belirlenmesinde, sosyal güvenliğin gerçekleşmesinde önemli bir yer tutmuştur.İlkel çağlarda emeğin gücüne dayanan çalışma zamanla yerini sanayi devriminin değişen koşulların bırakmış ve sanayi devrimi ile birlikte yeni bir toplumsal sınıf olan işçi sınıfı ortaya çıkmıştır. İşte bu noktada çalışma sosyal niteliğine kavuşmuştur. 21. yüzyılın ilk yıllarında gelindiğinde dünyanın teknolojik, toplumsal ve siyasal yönden çok önemli bir dönüşümü yaşanmakta olduğu her geçen gün daha çok fark edilmektedir. Yaşanan bu dönüşüm işçi sınıfı gibi dinamik ve değişen bir toplumsal grubun varlığını yansınamaz bir hale gelmiştir.Bir yandan sanayi üretiminin ve sanayi toplumunun ulaştığı karmaşıklık, talebin artışı sonucu teknik gelişmeler sanayi toplumundan bilgi toplumuna geçişe neden olmuştur. Toplumdaki bu değişim ilk tartışma konularından birisi ve belkide en önemlisi küreselleşme yada diğer adıyla ortaya çıkan yeni dünya düzenidir. Küreselleşme her şeyden önce sermayenin finansının ve tüm öteki seçim ve etkili eylem kaynaklarının yoğunlaşmasının ve hepsinden de önemlisi hareket ve eylem özgürlüğünün yoğunlaşması olarak tanımlanan süreçtir.Tüm bu süreçler itibariyle insan ve onun ortaya koydukları değişim göstermiştir. At the present day human being is obliged to work either mentally o physically in order to keep the pot boiling. Labor has established one of the most important issues of the life as from the past until today. Fort he ancient times up to present day, labor that has been realized by either primitive or modern methods and labor force, which is the product o it, have become the issue that has been considered every time.View to labor has displayed conversion during the history of mankind. Sometimes, it has been accepted as pain and sometimes as the punishment of the fault. Howewer, it has continued as being indispensable for maintaining the continuity fort he life. Labor fact has accupied an important place for providing of social welfare, determining of the social policies and realizing of the social security.Labor that had been based on the power of labor at the ancient times left its place to the converted coditions of the industry revolution and proletariat/labor force emerged together with the industrial revolution as a new social class. And just on this point labor ganed the social qulification. When the first years of 21st Century were achieved, it has been distinguished that everyday the World has been living in a very important conversion in terms of technological, social and political point of view. This encountered conversion has become an issue that can not contradict the existence of a social group as proletaiat, which is dynamic and ever ? changing.Complexity that was reached by the industrial production and industrial society on the one hand and technical development depend on increasing of the demand on the other hand; have caused transition to information society from industrial society. This conversion that emerged in the society is one of the first discussion subject maybe the most important one as called globalization or in other words the New World Order. Before all else, globalization is the process that is defined as concentration of the Capital, Finance and all other Selections and Efficient activity resources and most importantly concentration the freedom of thought.As per all these processes human and the emerged issues displayed conversion. In this study, these pruocesses such as changed labor conditions and problems of the employees were struggled to be handled starting from the ancient times to middle ages and in our era.Key Words,Work Life, labor, Work, İndustrial Revolution, Social Security Globalization.
