ÖZET Yüksek Lisans Tezi BAZI İNSEKTİSİDLERİN (METHAMİDOPHOS, ENDOSÜLFAN, CYPERMETHRİN) AYNALI SAZAN (Cyprinus carpio L.) BALIKLARI ÜZERİNE TOKSİK ETKİSİNİN ARAŞTIRILMASI Nurgül TÜR Ankara ÜniversitesiFen Bilimleri Enstitüsü Su Ürünleri Anabilim Dalı Danışman: Doç. Dr. Selçuk SEÇER 1992, Sayfa: 51 Jüri : Doç. Dr. Selçuk SEÇER Prof.Dr. Doğan Atay Prof.Dr. Mustafa Kuru Bu araştırmada zirai mücadelede kullanılan bazı insektisidlerin aynalı sazan yavruları üzerine letal konsantrasyonları saptanmıştır: Denemelerde organik fosforlu insektisidlerden Methamidophos, Organik klorlu bir insektisid olan Endosülfan ve Sentetik predroidler grubuna giren insektisidlerden Cypermethrin kullanılmıştır. Denemeler 2 seri halinde planlanmış ve akut toksisite deneylerinden statik yöntem uygulanmıştır. Deney balıklarının bulunduğu 72 litrelik akvaryumlara sözkonusu insektisitlerden belirlenen miktarlarda ilave edilmek suretiyle değişik ilaç konsantrasyonları elde edilmiştir. Her bir ilaç için elde edilen bulgular, istatistiki olarak Probit Analiz Yöntemi ile değerlendirilmiş ve aynalı sazan yavruları için 48 saatlik LC50 değerleri hesaplanmıştır. Methamidophos. un 48 saatte sazan balıklarının % 50* sini öldüren madde konsantrasyonu I. seride 113,94 mg/i, II. seride 117,52 mg/i, Endosülfan1 in 48 saatlik LC50 değeri X. seride 0,464 v<3/&, II. seride 0,499 pg/je ve Cypermethrin ' in 48 saatlik LC50 değeri I. seride 0,650 fjg/£, II. seride 0,665 fjg/£ olarak saptanmıştır.

ii ABSTRACT Masters Thesis THE INVESTIGATION OF TOXIC EFFECTS OF SOME INSECTICIDES (Methaiuidophos, Endosulfan and Cypermethrin) ON CARP FRY (Cyprinus carpio) Nurgül TÜR Ankara University Graduate School of Natural and Applied Sciences Department of Fishery Supervisor: Assoc. Prof.Dr. Selçuk SEÇER In this research the lethal concentration of some commenly used agricultural insecticides on the mirror carp (Cyprinus carpio) fingerlings, was determined. The following insecticides were used in the experiment; An Organophosphorous insecticide, namely Methamidophos, an organochlorine insecticide being Endosulfan and cypermethrin which belongs to the synthetic pyrethroid group. The experiments were carried on in two series and the static method was employed in the acute toxicity experiments. Different chemical concentration were achieved by adding the determined amount of the Insecticides to the 72 liter aquarium in which the fish were kept. The experimental results found for each insecticide were statistically evaluated using problt analysis. Consequently, The 48 hours LC.. values were calculated for mirror carp fingerlings. The concentration of Methamidophos in which LC_0 % of the mirror carps were killed in 48 hours was found to be 113.94 mg/£ in the first series experiment and 117,52 mg/£ in the second series. The 48 hours LC5Q values for Endosulfan were found to be 0.464 fig/ It and 0.499 /ig/£ in the first and second series respectively. The values of the above mentioned criteria for Cypermethrin in the first and second series experiments were 0.650 pg/l and 0.665 fig/Z respectively.
