SUMMARYIn the introduction section of my Doctorate Thesis concerning“Non-Glazed Ceramics Having Imprint Decoration in The Region of Turksin Anatolia”, the method followed in my study has been expressed afterthe information with respect to the ceramic art and the regions wheresuch artifacts were produced and covered here in, together with thefactors playing role in the selection of the subject for the thesis hasbeen summarised.The second section is the CATALOG covering artifacts included inthe thesis. Herein some 120 each artifacts are grouped by the type ofcontainer, and each one is identified by their mouth, neck, body, base,handle, dough and decorations in separate paragraphs and informationregarding the inscriptions on the containers are given, if any.The third section covers COMPARISONS and EVALUATIONS withregard to all artifacts listed in the Catalog. In addition, taking intoconsideration similarities and differences, referrals made to some arti-facts being in abroad.The RESULT which constitutes the forth section where the charac-teristics of the artifacts are defined based on research and study, andthey are typologically classified and the requirements in the subject ofdecorations are specified.Explanatory FOOT NOTES are typed at the end of the sections, anda Bibliography is added indicating publications used.Charts containing drawings and photographs of artifacts studiedis submitted here to in the form of an album.
