Özet

Bu çalismada Nermi Uygur'un dil ve kültür baglaminda felsefe anlayisi ele alinmaktadir. Uygur'da insan her zaman dil, kültür ve teknik gibi yapilara yapisiktir. Daha dogrusu her insan bu yapilarin içine dogmaktadir. Insanin içine dogdugu yapilardan en belirgini olan dil bu tezde bir çeviri düzenegi olarak ortaya konmaktadir. Uygur yapitlarinda bu dilin öncelikle anadil oldugunun altini çizmistir. Tezde insanin bu anadilde düsündügü ve nesneleri bu dille adlandirdigi üzerinde durulmaktadir. Kültür, dile en yakin kavram olarak düsünüldügü için ve Uygur'un dilden ve kültürden hareketle felsefe anlayisini olusturdugu için dil-kültür iliskisinde derinlesme, tezde zorunlu hale gelmistir. Ayrica çalisma, dilin felsefe ve dünyagörüsüyle de iliskilerini ele almaktadir. Tez, Uygur'un insani da göz önüne alan bir felsefe anlayisina sahip oldugunu dikkate almakta ve bu felsefe anlayisina göre de bilginin anadilden giderek olusturuldugu gösterilmeye çalisilmaktadir. Buna ek olarak çalisma, Uygur'un büyük filozoflarin yaptigi sistem felsefelerine elestirel baktigini, kendine özgü ifadesiyle ?bölük-pörçük felsefe? yapmayi yegledigini ortaya koymayi amaçlamaktadir. Bu çalismada“bölük-pörçük felsefe”ye uygun olarak bir yandan Uygur'un teknik, bilgi, egitim, demokrasi, insan, devlet ve toplum tasarimlari konu edilmekte, bir yandan da Uygur'un felsefe anlayisinin, kati, mutlak ve kesin sonuçlara varmayi hedeflemeyen, aksine sürekli katkilari gerektirecek, yeniden isletilecek ve çogaltilacak bir felsefe etkinligine dönük anlayis oldugunun alti çizilmektedir.

This study covers Nermi Uygur?s conception of philosophy in linguistic and cultural context. The human being in Uygur is always attached to the structures such as language, culture and technique. In other words, every people is born into these structures. The language, the most prominent of the structures into which the human being is born is put forward as a translation arrangement in this dissertation. In his works, Uygur underlines that this language is primarily the native language. The dissertation deals with the fact that the human beings think in this language and name the objects with this language. As the culture is considered a concept nearest the language and Uygur has built his understanding of philosophy proceeding from the language and culture, the depth in language-culture relationship has become a compulsion. The study also deals with the relations of language with the philosophy and worldview. This dissertation notes that Uygur has an conception of philosophy which also considers human being, and it is tried to demonstrate that, according to such understanding of philosophy, the information is built up proceeding from the native language. In addition, this study shows that Uygur has critically looked into the system philosophies made by great philosophers, and unveils that he has preferred to making an ?inchoate philosophy? in his authentic wording. This study covers, on the one hand, the technique, information, education, democracy, human, state and community designs of Uygur in line with the ?inchoate philosophy?, and underlines, on the other, that Uygur?s understanding of philosophy is not solid, absolute and not aiming for final conclusions, which, in contrary, is an understanding oriented to a philosophy activity which shall require continuous contributions, shall be operated again and increased.
