Özet
Bu tez çalısması Giris ve Sonuç hariç iki bölümden olusmaktadır. Giris kısmı, bilim ve din iliskisinin kısa bir tarihçesini ayrıca bilim ve din iliskisinin çatısma, bagımsızlık, diyalog ve bütünlesme seklinde adlandırılan dörtlü kategorisini vermektedir. Birinci bölüm, Aristoteles'ten Newton'a kadar Klasik Fizik'in olusum sürecini ve genel yapısını inceler. Sonra, Klasik Fizik'teki gelismelerin Tanrı anlayısına etkilerini ele alır. kinci bölüme gelince, bu bölüm Modern Fizik'in olusumu ve genel yapısını ele alır. Bu bölüm, Modern Fizik'teki Big-Bang Kuramı, Entropi Yasası ve Antropik lke'yi Tanrı anlayısına etki eden temel konular olarak inceler. Sonuç kısmı ise, bu çalısmanın kısa bir özeti ve genel bir degerlendirmesini verir.
Özet (Çeviri)
This study of thesis consists of two chapters save for Introduction and Conclusion. The introduction gives a short history of the relation between science and religion. It also evaluates the relations between science and religion in terms of quartet categorization, namely, conflict, independence, dialogue and integration. The first chapter examines the emergence process of Classical Physics and its general structure from Aristoteles to Newton. Then, it deals with the effects of the developments in the Classical Physics on the understanding of God. As far as the second chapter is concerned, it scrutinizes the formation of Modern Physics and its general structure. This chapter examines Big-Bang Theory, Entropy Law and Anthropic Principle in the Modern Physics as fundamental matters on the understanding of God. As for Conclusion, it gives a brief summary and a general assessment of this study.
