Özet
Bu çalışma, ilköğretim 4. ve 5. sınıf öğretmenlerinin alternatif ölçme ve değerlendirme teknikleri hakkındaki görüşlerini ve bu teknikleri kullanırken yaşadıkları zorlukları tespit etmek ve bu konulara çözüm önerileri sunmak amacıyla yapılmıştır.Araştırmanın örneklemini, Hatay İli Antakya Merkez İlçesi'nde bulunan 36 ilköğretim okulundaki 4. ve 5. sınıf öğretmenleri oluşturmaktadır. Verilerin toplanması aşamasında konuyla ilgili kaynaklar incelendikten sonra, Hatay il merkezindeki ilköğretim okullarında görev yapan 255 öğretmenin, alternatif ölçme ve değerlendirme teknikleri hakkındaki görüşlerini belirlemek amacıyla dört bölümden oluşan bir anket uygulanmıştır.Birinci bölümde ankete katılan öğretmenlerin cinsiyet, yaş, meslekteki kıdem yılı, alınan hizmet içi eğitim sayısı ve mezun olduğu üniversite hakkında sorular sorulmuştur. Anketin ikinci bölümünde ise öğretmenlerin geleneksel ölçme ve değerlendirme tekniklerini kullanma sıklığı, üçüncü bölümde ise öğretmenlerin alternatif ölçme ve değerlendirme teknikleri hakkındaki görüşlerini belirleyen sorular sorulmuştur. Dördüncü bölümde açık uçlu sorulardan oluşan öğretmenlerin alternatif ölçme ve değerlendirme teknikleri hakkındaki görüşlerini belirlemek amacıyla beş soru sorulmuştur.Çalışma sonucunda elde edilen veriler, SPSS 10 istatistik paket program kullanılarak değerlendirilmiştir. Yapılan istatistikî analizler sonucunda sınıf öğretmenleri alternatif ölçme ve değerlendirme tekniklerine karşı olumlu görüşler bildirmişlerdir. Buna ek olarak, alternatif ölçme ve değerlendirme tekniklerinin kullanma konusunda yaşadıkları zorlukların başında zaman darlığı, kaynak yetersizliği ve sınıfların kalabalık olması gelmektedir.ANAHTAR SÖZCÜKLERAlternatif Ölçme Ve Değerlendirme, Öğretmen Görüşleri

This study was done to determine the 4th and the 5th grade primary schools teachers opinions about the alternative assessments and measurements for the difficulties they met while using those technıques and to present suggestions for those subjects.The sample of this study covers 255 classroom teachers who are teaching at the 4th and the 5th grade at 36 primary schools in the province of Hatay, central town; Antakya. In the process of collecting of the data after the examination of the related literature with the topic to determine the ideas of the 4th and the 5th grade primary schools teachers working at the primary schools of the central town Antakya, HATAY.In the first section, teachers taking part in that poll were asked about their age, gender, experience in their fields and universities from which they were graduated. In the second section, the frequency of using the traditional assessments and measurements technıques and in the third section, questions about the opinions of the teachers for the alternative assessments and measurements technıques were asked. In the fourth section, to determine the teachers? opinions about the alternative assessments and measurements five questions are asked.The data, obtained in the end of this study evaluated using SPSS 10 statistical packed programme. The result of the statistical analysis showed that classroom teachers declared positive statements about the alternative assessment and measurement techinque. In addition to this, the main difficulties of the teachers used the assessments and measurements techinques were; the crowded classrooms, lack of time and resources.KEY WORDSAlternative Assessment And Measurement, Teacher Opinion
