Özet
Ben bu tezde, günlük hayatın özel şartları içerisinde beden kullanımının insanın vazgeçilmez bir ihtiyacı olduğu ve bu nedenle de bu kullanımın geliştirilmesi gerektiği düşüncesinden yola çıktım. Beden kullanımının geliştirilmesi onun tanınmasına ve dış dünya ile ilişkisinin çözülmesine bağlıdır, dolayısıyla beden dilini tüm ayrıntılarıyla çözebilen kişinin kendi bedeni ve diğer kişilerin bedenlerine bakışları ve de onları algılamaları da farklılaşacaktır. Bu farklılaşma onun“beden bilgeliğine”erişmesin den dolayıdır. Beden kullanımının oyuncu açısından daha detaylı ve daha sağlam bir temele oturması gerektiği bir gerçektir. Oyuncu, sahneyi bedeniyle dolduran kişi, bu malzemeyi çok iyi kullanmak ve sınırlarını geliştirmek zorundadır. Bu nedenle de beden-zeka ilişkisini çözmüş ve sağlıklı bir konuma ulaşmış bir bedene sahip olmalıdır. Bu da bedenine karşı bilinçli yaklaşımına ve bilgilenmesine bağlıdır. Tabii tüm bu bilgiler doğrultusunda oyuncu çalışmasıyla bedenini yeterli bir konuma getirebilecektir.

In this dissertation, I started out from the idea that the use of the body is an inevitable need for everybody in certain aspects of daily life and that therefore it should be developed. For the development of the use of the body we need to know it well and understand its relationship to the outside world. Thus, those who can decipher body language in all its details, will have a different approach to their own bodies as well as the bodies of others This is a step towards“Body Wisdom”. For actors and actresses the use of the body must be based on a detailed and sound foundation. The actor is the person to fill the stage with his body and he has to use this material well and expand its limits. Therefore he must have solved the relationship between his body and his intelligence and have a healthy body. This relies on his consciuos approach to and knowlegde of his own body. In line with this information the actor or the actress must work for getting his body ready for action.
