Özet

Bu çalısmada, Türkçe ögretmeni adaylarının sahip olması gereken yeterliliklere ne seviyede sahip oldukları ve ögretmenlik meslegine yönelik tutumlarının nasıl oldugu arastırılmıstır. Bu nedenle arastırma, genel tarama modelinin bir türü olan iliskisel tarama modeli ile gerçeklestirilmistir. Arastırmada veri toplamak amacıyla kisisel bilgi formu, ?Ögretmenlik Meslegine Yönelik Tutum Ölçegi?, ?Ögretmen Yeterlilik Ölçegi? kullanılmıstır. Arastırmanın evrenini Konya ilinde yer alan Selçuk Üniversitesi Egitim Fakültesi Türkçe Ögretmenligi Bölümü 4. Sınıf 1. ve II. ögretim ögrencileri olusturmaktadır. Çalısma evreni ise bu bölümdeki ögrencilerden tesadüfî küme örnekleme yolu ile seçilen ögrencilerden olusmaktadır. Arastırmanın niceliksel boyutu, 2006?2007 egitim-ögretim yılında, Selçuk Üniversitesi Egitim Fakültesi Türkçe Ögretmenligi Bölümü 4. Sınıfına devam eden 300 ögrenci ile sınırlıdır. Arastırmada elde edilen nicel veriler, SPSS programında çözümlenmistir. Katılımcıların görüsleri arasında fark olup olmadıgı; tek yönlü varyans analizi (ANOVA), t testi, Dunnet C ve LSD testi ile kontrol edilmistir. Arastırma sonunda literatür taramasından ve arastırmadan elde edilen verilere göre arastırmacı tarafından ortaya konulan önerilere yer verilmistir.

In the following work, it has been presented to what extend the candidates of Turkish teaching have the capability of instructing and what sorry of attitudes they have towards instructing; there fore, the following work has been brought out with the model of correlation which is an example of general evaluation model. In order to other information fort he following work, the scale of the attitudes towards teaching capability have been used. The frame of the work has been comprised with the students studying at the Turkish teaching department of the University of Selcuk at the grade of 4th, and those students were selected random to participate the study. That is, the total frame of this work has been composed of the students who have been studying at the grade of 4th in the University of Selcuk in the education term of 2006/20007. The data derived from the search has been analysed with the programme of SPSS. Whether the participants have variation in viewpoints has been checked single directed variation analysis (ANOVA), t test and LSD test. In the conclusion part, has been included in the proposal made by the researcher in accordance with the data derived from the search of literature and the search.
