SUMMARY The subject of religion's influence on social mobility or interaction between religion and social mobility is rarely addressed -iin contemporary religious sociological research. For this reason this study examines the relationship between the religious involvement and several aspects of social mobility. First of all, I have examined in detail the various relationships between social mobility and several aspects of religious experience, such as participation in ritual and religion's provision of meaning. I have examined every factor which effects the social mobility and religious life as being an independent variable. In almost every way we have seen the factors mostly effect the social mobility also effect to the religious life. For example the level; iof education has influenced both of them. For this reason, we have seen the realising religious mobility to a certain extant parellel to the social mobility. Results show the significant relationship between the development of content of religious mobility in respect of religion in a negative or positive way and the qualities of variables such as social environment, religious education, school, age and sex differences which are influential on the religious life. That is the individual who lives in an environment that people do not against religion then the effects of social mobility on his religious life will be in a rational and positive way. The findings for this sample should encourage more work in an area that has had surprisingly little attention from social scientists, given the availability of adequate empirical methods for analyzing these complex and subtle relationships.
