Edirne iline bağlı ilkokullardaki (şehit asım ilköğretim okulu ve trakya üniversitesi devlet konservatuarı ilköğretim okulu) 8-11 yaş arasındaki öğrencilerin eurofit testleri ile fiziksel kondisyonlarının değerlendirilmesi.

Özet

Bu çalışmanın amacı; 08-11 yaş grubunda, Edirne iline bağlı Şehit Asımİlköğretim Okulu ve Trakya Üniversitesi Devlet Konservatuarı İlköğretim Okulu'ndahaftalık iki saat Beden Eğitimi Dersine devam eden öğrencilerin Eurofit Testleriaçısından düzeyini tespit etmektir. Bu amaçla n=80 erkek, n=80 kız denek öğrenciçalışmaya dahil edilmiştir.İki okulun erkek öğrencilerinin yaş, vücut kütle endeksi, flamingo, diskleredokunma, durarak uzun atlama, pençe kuvveti, 10x5 mekik koşusu testlerinde anlamlıfarklılık bulunmamıştır (p>0,05). Konservatuar erkeklerinin boyları (139,71±9,3), ŞehitAsım erkeklerinin boylarından (135,10±6,89) yüksek bulunmuştur (p=0,026).Konservatuar erkeklerinin kiloları (36,24±7,35), Şehit Asım erkeklerinin kilolarından(30,81±6,18) yüksek bulunmuştur (p=0,003). Konservatuar erkeklerinin mekik testideğerinden (15,81±6,23), Şehit Asım erkeklerinin mekik testi değeri (23,79±3,68) yüksekbulunmuştur (p=0,001). Konservatuar erkeklerinin bükülü kol asılma testi değerinden(3,73±4,45), Şehit Asım erkeklerinin bükülü kol asılma testi değeri (13,57±7,99) yüksekbulunmuştur (p=0,001).İki okulun kız öğrencilerinin yaş, boy, durarak uzun atlama, pençe kuvveti, 10x5mekik koşusu testlerinde anlamlı farklılık bulunmamıştır (p>0,05). Konservatuarkızlarının vücut kütle endeksi değeri (19,24±4,7) Şehit Asım kızlarının vücut kütleendeksi değerinden (16,57±2,28) yüksek bulunmuştur (p=0,007). Konservatuarkızlarının kiloları (37,43±9,38), Şehit Asım kızlarının kilolarından (30,41±5,34) yüksekbulunmuştur (p=0,001). Konservatuar kızlarının flamingo testi değeri (12,05±4,98) ŞehitAsım kızlarının flamingo testi değerlerinden (8,68±5,58) yüksek bulunmuştur (p=0,022).Konservatuar kızlarının disklere dokunma testi değerlerinden (12,34±1,81), Şehit Asımkızlarının disklere dokunma testi değerleri (13,23±1,94) yüksek bulunmuştur (p=0,045).Konservatuar kızlarının mekik testi değerlerinden (17,15±6,07), Şehit Asım kızlarınınmekik testi değerleri (21,69±3,67) yüksek bulunmuştur (p= 0,001). Konservatuarkızlarının bükülü kol asılma testi değerlerinden (2,93±1,7), Şehit Asım kızlarının bükülükol asılma testi değerleri (9,84±9,14) yüksek bulunmuştur (p=0,001).

The aim of this research is to determine the levels of the students, who continuetheir PE courses for 2 hours per week at Şehit Asım Primary School and TrakyaUniversity State Conservatory Primary School, in terms of Eurofit Tests. With this aim,80 male and 80 female student subjects from random schools in Edirne were included inthe research.Among the male students of the schools, there was no significant gap in the age,BMI, flamingo, plate tapping, broad jumping, hand gripping, 10x5 shuttle run tests(p>0,05).Male Conservatory students? height : 139,71±9,3 and male şehit Asım students?height : 139,71±9,3 showed that there was a significant gap (p=0,026). MaleConservatory students? weight : 36,24±7,35 and male Şehit Asım students? weight :30,81±6,18 showed that there was a significant gap (p=0,003). Sit-up test of maleConservatory students : 15,81±6,23 and that of male Şehit Asım students : 23,79±3,68showed that there was a significant gap (p=0,001). Bent arm hang test of maleConservatory students : 3,73±4,45 and that of male Şehit Asım students 13,57±7,99showed that there was a significant gap (p=0,001).Among the female students of the two schools, there was no significant gap in age,height, broad jumping, hang gripping, 10x5 shuttle run tests (p>0,05). BMI ofConservatory female students 19,24±4,7 and that of Şehit Asım female students :16,57±2,28 showed that there was a significant gap (p=0,007). Weights of femaleConservatory students : 37,43±9,38, and those of female students of Şehit Asım:30,41±5,34 showed that there was a significant gap (p=0,001). Flamingo Balance Test ofthe female Conservatory students: 12,05±4,98 and that of the female Şehit Asımstudents: 8,68±5,58 showed that there was a significant gap. (p=0,022).
