Dr. İlhan Özer İLHANÖZETBu çalışmada 4-(p-metilbenzoil)-5-p-metilfenil-2,3-furandion bileşiğinin amitlerlereaksiyonlarının araştırılması amaçlanmıştır.Bu araştırma birkaç yeni bileşiğin senteziyle sonuçlanmıştır. 3 ile bazı amidlerinreaksiyonları yapılarak; N-[(2Z)-3-Hidroksi-2-(4-metilbenzoil)-3-(4-metilfenil)propen-2-oil]benzamid (FE-1), N-[(2Z)-3-Hidroksi-2-(4-metilbenzoil)-3-(4-metilfenil)propen-2-oil]nikotinamid (FE-2), (2Z)-N-Asetil-3-hidroksi-2-(4-metilbenzoil)-3-(4-metilfenil)akrilamid (FE-3), N-[(2Z)-3-Hidroksi-2-(4-metilbenzoil)-3-(4-metilfenil)propen-2-oil]butanamid (FE-4), N-[(2Z)-3-Hidroksi-2-(4-metilbenzoil)-3-(4-metilfenil)propen-2-oil]heksanamid (FE-5), (2Z)-N-Etantiol-3-hidroksi-2-(4-metilbenzoil)-3-(4-metilfenil)akrilamid (FE-6) bileşikleri elde edilmiştir.Sentezi gerçekleştirilen yeni bileşiklerin yapıları elementel analiz, IR ve 1H-NMRspektrumları yardımıyla belirlendi ve reaksiyonların sonuçları reaktantların özelliklerineve reaksiyon şartlarına göre tartışıldı.

Prof. İlhan Özer İLHANABSTRACTIn this study, the reactions of 4-(p-methylbenzoyl)-5-p-methylphenyl-2,3-furandione 3with various amides were investigated.The investigation resulted in the synthesis of a number of new compounds. Thecompounds of (2Z)-N-Acetyl-3-hydroxy-2-(4-methylbenzoyl)-3-(4-methylphenyl)acry-lamide, N-[(2Z)-3-Hydroxy-2-(4-methylbenzoyl)-3-(4-methylphenyl))propen-2-oyl]benzamide, (2Z)-N-Ethanethioyl-3-hydroxy-2-(4-methylbenzoyl)-3-(4-methylphenyl)acrylamide, N-[(2Z)-3-Hydroxy-2-(4-methylbenzoyl)-3-(4-methylphenyl)]propen-2-oyl]butanamid, N-[(2Z)-3-Hydroxy-2-(4-methylbenzoyl)-3-(4-methylphenyl))propen-2-oyl]heksanamid, N-[(2Z)-3-Hydroxy-2-(4-methylbenzoyl)-3-(4-methylphenyl))propen-2-oyl]nikotinamid were obtained from the reactions of 3 with the corresponding amides.The structure of these synthesized new compounds were determined by beinginterpreted the elemental analysis, IR and 1H-NMR spectra and the results of thereactions were discussed according to the reaction conditions and the properties of thereactants.
