Özet
VÖZETBu çalışmanın amacı; Fethiye bölgesinde yabancı yerleşim profilininoluşturulması ve yabancıların neden Fethiye'de gayrimenkul sahibi olmakistediklerine etki eden faktörlerin araştırılmasıdır. Özellikle son yıllarda Fethiyebölgesinde yabancı gayrimenkul talebinde önemli bir artış gözlenmiştir.Fethiye'de yabancıların gayrimenkul alımına etki eden etmenlerinincelenmesi, bölgede gayrimenkul sahibi olan yabancıların tercihlerininbelirlenebilmesi, resmi ve özel kuruluşlardan memnuniyet derecelerinin ölçülmesi,bunların ülkelere, eğitime, yaşa, geliş sayılarına ve ikamet sürelerine bağlı olarakdeğişip değişmediği de oldukça önemlidir.Bu amaçlar doğrultusunda çalışmanın birinci bölümünde araştırmanınproblemi, konusu ve kapsamı, amaçları ve önemi açıklanmıştır.İkinci bölümdemateryal ve kullanılan yöntemler açıklanarak elde edilen verilerin analiziyapılmıştır.Üçüncü bölümde analizler sonucunda elde edilen bulgulardeğerlendirilmiştir. Dördüncü bölümde sonuçlar ortaya konarak yorumlar ve önerileryapılmıştır.Sonuç olarak yabancıların Fethiye bölgesinde mülk edinmesinde; fiyatlarınuygunluğu, tarihi ve doğal güzellikler, Fethiye'yi sık sık ziyarette bulunmaları vearkadaşlarının tavsiyeleri etkilidir.

VIABSTRACTThe intent of this work is to form a profile about settling of foreign tourists inFethiye and to search the factors that influence them having the property in Fethiye.Especially in last 3-4 years; there has been a great increase in foreign tourists?demand of property in Fethiye.Searching the factors that influence the tourists having property in Fethiye,knowing the choices of the tourists who have the property in that place, measurementof tourist?s pleasure on official and private associations and also knowing if thesethings change according to country, education, age, the number of visit, the residenceperiod are important.In the first part of the work; the problem, the subject, the content and theimportance of the research are explained. In the second part; after explaining thematerials and the method, the analysis are made. In the third part; findings acquiredin the end of analysis are evaluated. In the fourth part; after making interpretationsand suggestions, the conclusions are explained.Consequently; reasonable prices, historical and natural beauties, theirfrequent visit and suggestions of their close friends are quite efficient for the foreigntourists? desire to have a property in Fethiye.
