Dr. Birol YILDIZGeleceğin başarılı işletmelerinin, sahip oldukları soyut değerleri net bir şekilde tespitedebilen ve bu değerleri yönlendirebilen, arttırabilen işletmelerden oluşacağı artık tümçevrelerce kabul edilen bir gerçek olmuştur. şletmelerin sahip olduğu en önemli soyutdeğerlerin başında entelektüel sermaye ve onun en önemli bileşeni olan insan sermayesigelmektedir.Yapılan bu çalışmada, söz konusu insan sermayesinin işletme değeri içindeki yerinintespitine yönelik alternatif bir sistem geliştirilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Sistemde temel olarakperformans değerlendirme sistemleri kullanılmıştır.Çalışmada, hisse senetleri IMKB'de işlem gören ve performans değerlendirmesistemine sahip olan şirketlerin çalışanları değerlendirilmiştir. Hipotezlerin testi için ki kareve korelasyon testlerinden yararlanılmıştır.Çalışma sonucunda, performans değerlendirme sistemleri temel alınarak oluşturulankatma değer anketinden elde edilen verilerle, işletmelerin piyasa değeri / defter değeri oranlarıarasında tutarlılık olduğu saptanmıştır.IV

ABSTRACTAN ALTERNATIVE APPROACH FOR MEASURING HUMAN CAPITAL WHICH ISONE OF THE COMPONENT OF INTELECTUAL CAPITAL(PRACTICAL STUDY)KARA, SEL MMaster Thesis-2005Business AdministrationAdvisor: Birol YILDIZ, Assistant ProfessorIt has been an accepted reality from all authorities that successful companies of futurewill be formed with the companies which could be able to determine their intangible assetsclearly, canalize them and redound this assets. Intellectual Capital and its most importantcomponent that named Human Capital is the most important intangible asset of thecompanies.In this thesis, it is aimed to improve an alternative system to determine the situation ofhuman capital in company value. Performance evaluation systems are basically used in thissystem.Workers of the companies, which has lots in IMKB and has a performance evaluationsystem, has evaluated in this thesis. Ki square test and correlation test used for testinghypothesis.At the final of this thesis, with data that obtained from Added Value Questionnairewhich has formed from performance evaluation systems, it has been determined that, there isan aggregation between value rates of market / register values of this companies.V
