Time Limitation in Bringing of Action In Administrative Jurisdiction. In Turkey as well as in the other countries, which have adopted the administrative regime; to bring an action in administrative jurisdiction, is submitted to the condition of time limitation. Time limitation has a large content and meaning which should be assessed within the frame of law abiding state» In addition to the aspect regarding public utility and public order, there is another aspect related to the liberty of pursuing ' a right jurisdiction. In this study, time limitation has been considered at the concrete level rather than with its theoretical aspects; there has been considered the regulations in Administrative Trial Procedure Code and the problems which arise in practice. In the first chapter, the concept of time limitation, time limitation in bringing of action and other procedural time limitations, the features of time limitation, general and special time limitation have been considered. Besides, we have done the comparison of time limitation in bringing of action to other kinds of time limitation and we have tried to attain a conclusion in relation to the question of lawfulness. In the second chapter, regarding the regulations in Administrative Trial Procedure Code and the jurisprudence, the beginning of the period of time and problems arising in practice have been taken into consideration. In' the third chapter the consequences, of supplementary time, time calculation and the expiration of time limitation have been considered.
