Özet

Bu araştırmada Türkiye'nin Sinop Yarımadası kıyılarının Zostera fasieslerindedağılım gösteren Crustacea türlerinin taksonomisi ve biyoekolojik özelliklerisaptanmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda 6 ordoya ait toplam 34 familya, 41 genus ve 55 türile bunlara ait 7057 birey tespit edilmiştir. Tespit edilen türler içerisinde Amphipoda 35tür ile (%63) ilk sırayı alırken, bu ordoyu 9 tür ile (%16) Decapoda, 6 tür ile (%11)Isopoda, 2'şer tür ile (%4) Cumacea ve (%4) Tanaidacea ve 1 tür ile (%2) Mysidaordoları izlemektedir. Elde edilen 55 tür içerisinde en dominant tür 1902 bireyle (%27)Ampelisca pseudospinimana olup, bunu 1194 bireyle (%17) Dexamine spinosa, 405bireyle (%6) Ampelisca diadema, 392 bireyle (%6) Gammarus insensibilis, 66 bireyle(%1) Stenothoe monoculoides takip etmektedir. stasyonlar genelinde tespit edilentürler, frekans indeksine göre sınıflandırıldığında 16 türün devamlı, 7 türün yaygın vegeriye kalan 32 türün ise seyrek gruba dahil olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Devamlı grubagiren türlerden Leptochelia savignyi %87, Cumella limicola %78 ve Perioculodeslongimanus longimanus %78'lik değerlere sahip olup incelenen fasieslerin genelinde enfazla rastlanan Crustacea türlerini oluşturmaktadır. Yapılan analizler sonucunda en fazlatür sayısı 42 türle yaz mevsiminde elde edilirken, bunu 35'er türle sonbahar ve ilkbaharmevsimleri ve 28 türle kış mevsimi izlemektedir.

In the present study the taxonomical and ecological characteristics of speciesbelonging to the subphylum Crustacea of Zostera facies in Sinop Peninsula coasts ofTurkey were determined. A total of 55 species and 7057 specimens belonging to 41genera, 34 families and 6 orders were recorded. Among the species, Amphipoda with 35species was the dominant, accounting for 27 % of the total of orders, followed byDecapoda with 6 species (11 %), Cumacea and Tanaidacea with 2 species in twos (4 %)and Mysida with 1 species (2 %). Among the 55 species encountered, Ampeliscapseudospinimana was the highest dominance value with up to 1902 specimens (27 %),followed by Dexamine spinosa with 1194 specimens (17 %), Ampelisca diadema with405 specimens (6 %), Gammarus insensibilis with 392 specimens (6 %) and Stenothoemonoculoides with 66 specimens (1 %). For the relative importance of crustaceanspecies sampled from the study area, frequency index was computed and 16 specieswere designated as very common, 7 as common and 32 as rare. Three species, whichhad the highest values and are very common in Zostera facies, are Leptochelia savignyi(87 %), Cumella limicola (78 %) and Perioculodes longimanus longimanus (78 %). Asa result of analyses, summer with up 42 species was the dominant, followed by springand autumn with up 35 species and winter with up 28 species.
