Özet
Bu çalışma tüm yönleriyle sanayiye dönük ve makine mühendisleri dışında değişik seviyelerdeteknik eğitim almış tütün işleme sektörü ile ilgili kişileri de hedef kitlesi olarak kabul ederekhazırlanmıştır.Türkiye tarımının temel ürünlerinden olan tütün, endüstriyel bir bitki olarak yetiştirilmesi vekurutulmasında yoğun emek istemesi hem de mamul hale getirilirken tüm safhalarınıyurdumuzda gerçekleştirilerek ciddi ölçüde katma değer sağlamasından dolayı ülkemizekonomisinde ciddi bir yer tutar. Ülkemizde sayıları on civarında olan termo vakum ünitelerinindaha sağlıklı ve yoğun olarak çalıştırılması ve sayılarının arttırılması için teknik alt yapınınoluşturulmasında katkı sağlamak temel amaç edinilmiştir. Böylece yurdumuzda üretilen tütünmamullülerinin kalite, çeşitlilik ve fire kayıplarının azalmasında önemli bir rol oynayan termovakum ünitelerinin verimli biçimde işletilmesi ve yenilerinin tasarlanması aşamasında birbaşvuru kaynağı oluşturulduğu umut edilmektedir.Gözlemlenilen termo vakum ünitelerinin verimli olarak kullanılamaması ve yenilerine gereksinimduyulmamasının temel nedeninin ilgili kişilerin teknik alt yapı eksiliğidir. Tezimizde bu noktanıngiderilmesine küçük de olsa bir katkı sağlanmıştır. Bilindiği üzere mühendislik hizmetlerinindiğer sanayi kollarına göre daha az pay aldığı ham yağ, toprak-tuğla gibi sanayi kollarından biriolan tütün işleme sanayinin her düzeyde çalışanı için bir başvuru kaynağı oluşturmaya çalıştık.Bundan hareketle salt tasarımın yanı sıra işletme konularının da (bakım, onarım,devreye alma,kapasite büyütme, dar boğaz giderme, işletme vs.) yeterince üzerinde durulmaya özengösterilmiştir.Verimli biçimde kullanıldığında kalitenin yükseltilmesinde ve maliyetlerin düşmesinde önemli roloynayacağına inandığım termo vakum üniteleriyle ilgili bu çalışmanın salt teorik yaklaşımlardanuzak kalınarak tümüyle sanayiye dönük, işletmelerin ihtiyaçlarına büyük oranda cevap vereceği,ilgili kişilerin her düzeydeki teknik alt yapısına destek olacağı düşünülmektedir.XI

This project is prepared as directed to industry with all aspects and by accepting the targetmass that are outside of mechanical engineering,the people hare education about tobacco indifferent levels.The tobacco which is a fundamental plant nebat,owns serious place in Turkisheconomy so it is grown as industrial plant and it require intense working when draining it. Whendoing all process of tobacco its all stage pass in Turkey before being suitable products so givesa value added tax for Turkey. İn our country the main purpose is to work the almost ten thermovacuum unites intensively and healthy and contribution to constitute the techical background forincreasing the number of these unites.Thus it is hoped that we will be a reference point in ourcountry in the phase of the design and process stage of the thermo vacuum unites efficientlywhich possesses important place to decrease the loss of processes and increasing the qualityand variety of the tobacco products.Our observations show that the fundamental reason of the inefficient use of thermo vacuumunites and no need of the new ones is the lack of technical background of related technicians.In this study, it is also given to a considerable contribution in the elimination of the point. Asknown, it is tried to obtain an application resource for employees at every level who work attobacco industry of engineering services with respect to other industrial areas such as crudevegetable oil and sand-brick industries. From this point on, it is sufficiently focused onmaintenance matters (such as reparation, process shutdown, capacity increase, and bottle neckremoval). In the analysis, it is strived to being closer to practical industrial values forcalculations, descriptions, and terms rather than laboratory values. Security coefficients arechosen about upper limits by considering all possibilities that will take effect and the ability ofperforming of thermo vacuum unites at variable conditions is increased with adjustablemechanisms exist in the system."İf thermo vacuum unites are used efficiently. I believe that the quality will increase and cost willdecrease. This work is far from the theoretic approach and fully directed to industry. Finally thiswork answers the all factory necessities and support technical background to related differentknowledge levels people.XII
