Özet
Bu tezin amacı, eğitilebilir zihinsel engelli bireylerin eğitim hayatına katkıda bulunacak ve kolayla?tıracak web tabanlı uzaktan eğitim sistemi oluşturmak ve genel örneklerini incelemektir. Uzaktan Eğitim ve Zihinsel Engellilik kavramları ayrıntılı olarak incelenmiş ve bu kavramlar web tabanlı uzaktan eğitim sisteminde eğitim yönetim konu başlığında toplanmaya çalışılmıştır. Tez kapsamında eğitilebilir zihinsel engelli bireylerin eğitiminde kullanılacak, müfredata uygun uzaktan eğitim sistemi web ortamına aktarılmıştır. Edirne ili Keşan ilçesinde bulunan Gazi ?lköğretim ve ?ş Okulu'nda (zihinsel engelliler okulu) eğitim ve öğretim gören 10 eğitilebilir zihinsel engelli birey üzerinde, web ortamına aktarılan eğitim yönetim sistemi uygulanmış ve analizleri SPSS ile alınmıştır. Uygulama sonuçları tez içerisinde veri analizi olarak değerlendirilmiş ve uzaktan eğitimin örgün öğretimde faydaları işlenmiştir.

This thesis aims to build web-based, remote education systems that will contribute to and facilitate the education life of the educable, mentally deficient people and examine the general examples. Remote Education and Mental Deficiency concepts have been examined in detail and these concepts were dealt with under the education management in the web-based, remote education system. Under the thesis, the remote education system to be used in the education of the mentally deficient individuals, was transferred onto the web. This education management system was applied to 10 educable mentally deficient people that are educated in the Gazi Elementary School and Labour School (school for mentally deficient people) in Ke?an, Edirne and their analyses were conducted with SPSS. The results of the application were evaluated as data analysis in the thesis and the advantages of remote education in formal education have been discussed.
