Özet
Cis-trans-tropon trisepoksitin 70 sentezi stereospesifik olarak iki yeni yöntemle gerçekleştirildi. Tropona 1 singlet oksijen katılarak tropon endoperoksit 75 oluşturuldu. Bu endoperoksit 75 CoTPP ile düzenlenerek troponbisepoksit 72 elde edildi. Troponbisepoksit 72 triton-B ve t-BuOOH ile epoksitlenerek arzu edilen cis-tropon trisepoksit 70 elde edildi. İkinci sentetik yol olarak, tropon endoperoksit 75 PPb.3 ile tropon monoepoksite 76 dönüştürüldü. 76 'ya singlet oksijen katılmasıyla tropon nonoepoksi endoperoksit 77 elde edildi. Bu ürün CoTPP ile stereospesifik olarak cis-trans-tropon trisepoksite 70 düzenlendi. Troponbisepoksit 72 NaBH4 ile indirgenerek syn- ve anti-alkolleri (78 ve 81) elde edildi. Syn-alkolün 78 yapısı kimyasal ve spektroskopik yöntemlerle aydınlatıldı.

The stereospecific synthesis of cis-trans-tropone trisepoxide 70 was accomplished by two new methods. Tropone endoperoxide 75 was obtained by photo-oxygenation of tropone 1. The endoperoxide 75 was rearranged to the correspending tropone bisepoxide 72 with CoTPP. The tropone bisepoxide 72 was oxidized by triton-B and t-BuOOH, thus the desirable cis-trans-tropone trisepoxide 70 was obtained. By second synthetic way, tropone endoperoxide 75 was converted to tropone monoepoxide 76 by using of PPI13. Tropone monoepoxy endoperoxide 77 was obtained by photo-oxygenation of 76. This product was rearranged with CoTPP to cis-trans-tropone trisepoxide, stereospecifically. Tropone bisepoxide 72 was reduced with NaBH.4 to syn- and anti- alcohols (78 and 81). The structure of syn-alcohol 78 was determined by chemical and spectroscopic methods.
