Özet
IV ÖZET MEATUS ACUSTİCUS ÎNTERNUS'UN MORFOMETRİSİ VE VARYASYONLARI Bu çalışmada; ilk olarak meatus acusticus intemus'un morfometrik ölçümleri incelendi. Bu amaçla; 13 adet cranium' a ait 26 adet temporal kemik (13 sağ ve 13 sol) ile farklı kafataslarından elde edilmiş olan 41 adet izole temporal kemik incelendi. Meatus acusticus intemus'un uzunluğu (26 adet) ortalama 7.6±1.3mm ölçüldü. Daha sonra aynı craniuma ait sağ ve sol meatus acusticus internus'lar arasında simetri olup olmadığına bakıldı. Meatus acusticus intemus'un uzunluğu 13 cranium'un 12'sinde simetrik olarak bulundu. Aynı cranium'a ait porus acusticus internus'larm facies posterior partis petrosae üzerinde ne kadar yer kapladığım ölçmek için sterolojik ölçüm yöntemlerinden noktalı alan ölçüm cetveli kullanıldı. Porus acusticus intemus'un facies posterior partis petrosae' da kapladığı alan ortalama % 8.2±1.3 bulundu. Meatus acusticus internus'a ait bulgular elde edildikten sonra fundus meatus acustici interni'yi inceleyebilmek için; izole temporal kemiklerin 33 adedi tur yardımıyla açıldı ve varyasyonlarına bakıldı. Crista transversalis'in uzunluğu ortalama 5.1mm bulundu. Crista transversalis; %69.7 oranında keskin ibik şeklinde, %30.3 oranında ise yassı ve kunt bir kenar şeklinde tespit edildi. Crista verticalis; %75.7 oranında crista transversalis'i haçvari olarak çaprazlamış şekilde, %24.3 oranında ise area nervi facialis ile area vestibularis superior'un arasında belirgin olarak tespit edildi. Yapmış olduğumuz bütün ölçümlerin maximum, minimum, ortalama değerleri ve standart sapmaları hesaplandı. Meatus acusticus intemus'un, porus acusticus intemus'un ve fundus meatus acustici interni'nin fotoğrafları çekildi ve bilgisayarda taranarak teze konuldu.

V ABSTRACT THE MORPHOMETRY AND VARIATIONS OF THE INTERNAL ACOUSTIC MEATUS At first this research was devoted to studying morphometric measurements of internal acoustic meatus. For this reason; 13 belonging to cranium, 26 temporal bones (13 right and 13 left) and taken from different skulls 41 isolated temporal bones were examined. The lenght of internal acoustic meatus (26 bones) average 7.6±1.3 mm was measured. Later; our goal was to learn if there is symmetry between right and left internal acoustic meatus. It was found out that there is lenght symmetry in 12 internal acoustic meatus out of 13 ones cranium. The punctuated area measuring ruler (stereologic methods) was used to learn has much room. Internal acoustic opening (belonging to cranium) covers on posterior surface of petrous part average percent of covered place makes %8.2±1.3. After receiving results of studying internal acoustic meatus, 33 isolated temporal bones were opened with tour and variations were studied in order to examine fundus of internal acoustic meatus. The average lenght of transvers crest was found out to be 5.1 mm. Percentage 69.7 of transvers crest is like sharp crest or comb, the rest part of it percentage 30.3 is in the form of flat edge. Percentage 75.7 of vertical crest the transvers crest's cruciform, was found out to be transversal the rest percentage 24.3 was confirmed to be between facial area and superior vestibular area. The measures were estimated as maximum, minimum and average and standart deviations. Photographs of internal acoustic meatus, internal acoustic opening, fundus of internal acoustic meatus were taken and by means of computer aided to the thesis.
