Özet
ÖZET Bu çalışmada n. hypoglossus'un çevre yapılana olan ilişkisi morfometrik ölçümlerle değerlendirilmiştir.. Bu amaçla n. hypoglossus'un en üst lif demetinin uzunluğu, n. hypogiossus-foramen juguiare arası uzaklığı, n. hypoglossus-meatus acusticus internus arası uzaklığı, n. hypoglossus-a. vertebralis arası uzaklığı ölçüldü, n. hypogiossus'un dura mater encephali'yi deiiş sayısı tespit edildi. Ayrıca n. hypogiossus ve a. vertebralis arasındaki komşuluk ilişkisi araştırıldı. Bu çalışma sonucunda n. hypoglossus'un en üst lif demetinin uzunluğu ortalama 11,08 mm (standart sapma.2,3), n. hypoglossus'un en üst lif demetinin dura mater encephali'ye girdiği delik ile foramen jugulare'nin en alt noktası arası uzakiık ortalama 12,66 mm (standart sapma.2,35), n. hypogiossus'un en üst lif demetinin dura mater encephali'ye giriş deliği iie meatus acusticus internus' un en alt noktası arası uzaklık ortalama 23,10 mm (standart sapma.3,65), n. hypogiossus'un en alt lif demetinin dura mater encephali'ye girdiği delik ile a. vertebralis' in spatium subarachnoideum'a girdiği deliğin en üst noktası arası uzaklık ortalama 8,40 mm (standart sapma.2,66) olarak bulunmuştur. N. hypogiossus dura mater encephali'yi vakaların %37" sinde 1 yerinden, %63'ünde ise 2 yerinden delerek canalis hypogiossi'ye girmekte idi. A. vertebraiis 1 preparatta n. hypoglossus'un liflerinin arasından geçmekteydi ve %63,8 oranında n. hypoglossus'un iifleriyle temas halindeydi. A. inferior posterior cerebelii, preparatların %35,5'inde n. hypogiossus'un liflerinin arasından geçmekteydi. SUMMARY In this study, the relationship of the hypoglossal nerve around periferic structures were studied with morphometric measurements. For this purpose, the lenght of the uppermost root fibre bundle of the hypoglossal nerve and the distance of the hypoglossal nerve to the juguiar foramen and the distance of the hypoglossal nerve to the internal acoustic meatus and the distance of the hypoglossal nerve to the vertebral artery were measured and dural pores for the hypoglossal nerve fibres were detected. The neighborship between hypoglossal nerve and vertebral artery was detected. At the and of this study the uppermost root fibre bundle of the hypoglossal nerve was mean 11,08 mm (siandart deviation.2,3), the distance of the uppermost dural pore of the hypoglossal nerve to the lowermost point of the juguiar foramen was mean 12,66 mm (standart deviation.2,35), the distance of the uppermost dural pore of the hypoglossal nerve to the lowermost point internal acoustic meatus was mean 23,10 mm (standart deviation.3,65), the distance of the lowermost dural pore of the hypoglossal nerve to the uppermost point dural pore of the vertebral artery was mean 8,40 mm (standart deviation. 2,66). The hypoglossal nerve was running to the hypoglossal' canal through two dural openings in 63%, through a singie one 37%. Vertebral artery was running between the fibre bundles of the hypoglossal nerve in one specimen and was touching this nerve in 63,8%. Posterior inferior cerebellar artery was running between the fibre bundles of the hypoglossal nerve in 36,3%.
