Özet
ÖZET Kooperatif işletmeler, ekonomik olarak bireylerin tek başlarına başaramadıklarını bir araya gelerek, demokratik ilkeler çerçevesinde çözümlemeye çalışan kişilerin oluşturduğu kuruluşlardır. Kooperatif işletmelerde beklenen hizmet ve faydanın tam olarak yerine getirilmesinde ülke kalkınması ve verimlilik açısından denetim son derece önemli bir araç olmaktadır.Denetimsiz bir işletmenin başarılı olmasını beklemek ise imkansızdır.Kooperatif işletme faaliyetlerinin, aksayan yönlerinin olması, kooperatif işletme ilkelerine uyması, ortakların ve üçüncü kişilerin haklarının korunması ancak denetimle gerçekleştirilebilmektedir.Kooperatif işletmelerden beklenen faydayı sağlayabilmek ve kooperatif işletmelerde verimlilik artışı yaratarak verimliliği sürekli kılabilmek açısından ayrıca kooperatif işletmelerin amaçlarına ulaşması bakımından denetim önem arz etmektedir. Kooperatif işletmelerde denetim sayesinde verimlilik artışı sağlanacak, kooperatif işletmelerde verimlilik artışının sağlanması da ülkelerin sadece ekonomik değil aynı zamanda sosyal yaşamlarında da fayda sağlayacaktır.Denetim- Verimlilik ilişkisinden hareketle kooperatif işletmelerde denetim sayesinde verimlilik artışının sağlanması mümkündür. Türkiye'de kooperatif işletme hareketinin gelişmesini denetimin sağlayacağı şüphe götürmez bir gerçektir. Bu bağlamda kooperatif işletmelerin sağlıklı bir yapıya kavuşturulmasında ve başarısında denetim kaçınılmaz olmaktadır. Bilinçli kooperatif işletme hareketinin özünü oluşturan eğitimin yetersiz oluşu, kooperatif işletmelerin başarısı için denetimin önemini daha da arttırmaktadır.

ABSTRACT Cooperative enterprises are the institutions that are formed by several people who come together around the democratic principles in order to attempt to achieve and solve what they are not able to achieve economically when they are alone. Audit is an essential means to realize exact services and benefits expected from cooperative enterprises in terms of the development of a country and productivity. It is impossible to expect any success from an entity without having any audit activities. It is only by exact audit activities that corrections to any operational activities of a cooperative and conformity to the principles of a cooperative and protection of its partners and third parties can be maintained. Therefore, audit activities are of great importance regarding providing the expected benefits from cooperative enterprises, increasing productivity to sustain continuation in productivity, realizing the aims of cooperative enterprises. Audit will reinforce productivity in cooperative enterprises and in return this increase in productivity will bring value and benefit to the economic life of a country and social life as well. Based on the relationship between audit and productivity, the increase in productivity in cooperative enterprises will be possible by the relevant audit activities. It is a doubtless fact that audit will maintain the development of the cooperative enterprise movement in Turkey. Within this context, audit is an inevitable activity to provide a strong structure for cooperative enterprises and their success. As there is not enough education that forms the core of awareness in the cooperative enterprise movement, audit is now of great importance in the success of cooperative enterprises.
