Özet
ÖZET Artık günümüzde üçüncü sektör gözüyle bakılan Kooperatif hareketi, ülkemizde işlevini tam yerine getirememektedir. Bunun en belirgin nedeni finansman olmakla birlikte mevzuat, denetim ve eğitimi sayabiliriz. Ayrıca Türkiye de Kooperatifler demokratik sürecini tamamlayamamış, dikey ve yatay entegrasyonu sağlayamamıştır. Uluslararası ticaretin gelişmesinde Kooperatif Bankacılığının önemli bir etkinliği olduğu bilinmektedir. Tez çalışmasının sonucunda artık Türkiyenin' de bir Kooperatif Bankasına ihtiyacı olduğu, bunun için gerekli çalışmaların bir an önce başlatılmasının Türk Kooperatif hareketinin gelişimi için ne kadar gerekli olduğu ortaya çıkmıştır. Dileğimiz, Türkiye'de en kısa sürede Kooperatif Bankasının kurulması için yetkili kurum ve kuruluşların harekete geçerek, kooperatif hareketinin belkemiğini oluşturacak, Kooperatif Bankasının kurulmasıdır. Sonuç olarak diyebiliriz ki kooperatif örgütlerine çok iş düşmektedir.

ABSTRACT Cooperative movements, which are seen as the third sector on today, cannot, exactly, perform their functions in Turkey. The most determined reason of that is financement and we may take into account education, control and regulations amog the reasons. In addition to that, coopertives in Turkey cannot complete the democratic period and cannot conclude their horizantal and verticle entegrations. It is known that the cooperative banking plays a very important role on the international trade According to this study, Turkey is in great need of cooperative banking and the necessary studies should be, as soon as possible, started to be established a cooperative bank. Our desire is that the authorities in Turkey give the necessary important to be establisheda cooperative bank which will be backbone of the cooperative movements.As a result, we can say that there are alot of works to be made by cooperative associations.
