Özet

ÖZET Bu araştırmada; Ankara İli merkez ilçelerindeki ilköğretim okullarına bağlı resmi anasrnıflarmda görev yapan okul öncesi öğretmenleri ile Gazi Üniversitesi Çocuk Gelişimi Eğitimi Bölümü ve Okul Öncesi Eğitimi Bölümü son sınıf öğrencilerinin okul öncesinde bilgisayar destekli eğitim hakkındaki görüş ve tutumları araştınlmıştır. Araştırmanın örneklemi evreni temsil ettiği varsayılan, Ankara ili Altındağ, Çankaya, Etimesgut, Keçiören, Mamak, Sincan, Yenimahalle ilçelerindeki ilköğretim bünyesindeki anasmıflannda çalışan 189 öğretmen ve Gazi Üniversitesi Çocuk Gelişimi ve Eğitimi Bölümü son sınıf öğrencilerinden 96 kişi, Okul Öncesi Eğitimi Bölümü son sımf öğrencilerinden 55 kişi olup toplam 151 öğretmen adayından oluşmaktadır. Öğretmen ve öğretmen adaylarına kişisel bilgi formu ve bilgisayar destekli eğitim hakkındaki görüşlerini belirlemek için A.E. Mc.Farlene ve E. Jared'in“Bilişim Teknolojisi Becerilerini Ölçme Formu”nun Bayhan, P. ve Olgun, M.P. Türkçe'ye çevirerek geliştirdikleri anket formu kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen verilerin analizinde SPSS (Statistical Packet for Social Sciences 10.0) programından yararlanılmıştır. Öğretmen ve öğretmen adaylarına ait bilgilerin değerlendirilmesinde frekans (f) ve yüzde (%) hesaplanmıştır. Okul öncesinde bilgisayar kullanımma ilişkin öğretmen ve öğretmen adaylarının görüşleri değerlendirilirken; süreksiz değişken olarak belirlenen yaş, öğrenim durumu, alan, mesleki kıdem ve bilgisayarı kullanma durumları incelenirken çapraz tablo üzerinden frekans ve yüzde kullanılarak yorumlar yapılmıştır. Ayrıca okul öncesi öğretmenleri ile öğretmen adaylarının cevaplan bir araya getirilerek görüşler arasındaki fark t-testi ile test edilmiştir. Okul öncesi öğretmenlerinin ve öğretmen adaylarının bilgisayar destekli eğitim hakkındaki görüş ve tutumlarmm olumlu olduğu, öğretmen ve öğretmen11 adaylarının görüşleri arasında okul öncesi eğitimcisinin bilgisayar destekli eğitim hakkında bilgi sahibi olması ve bilgisayarı kullanmayı bilmesi gerektiği, okul öncesinde bilgisayar destekli eğitimin gerekliliği, bilgisayar destekli eğitimin yapılacağı yer ve kaç yaşmda başlaması gerektiği, çocuğun gelişimi üzerindeki olumlu ve olumsuz etkileri, okulda bilgisayarın kullanılması ve uygulama süresi, amaca yönelik olarak kullanılması, bilgisayar destekli eğitim uygulamasını mutlaka bilgisayar öğretmeninin yapması ile, bilgisayar destekli eğitimin eğitim programlarında nasıl kullanılacağı, uygulamalardan sonra değerlendirme yapılması ve bilgisayar destekli eğitim hizmeti veren mevcut kurumlara ilişkin bilgileri ve bu kurumların hizmeti hakkında ve de Türkiye'de bilgisayar destekli eğitim uygulamalarının yeterliliğine ilişkin düşünceleri arasında anlamlı bir fark elde edilmiştir. Öğretmenlerin okul öncesinde bilgisayar kullanımına ilişkin görüşleri yaşlan, öğrenim durumları, mezun oldukları alan, mesleki kıdem ve bilgisayarı kullanma durumlarına göre bazı maddelerde anlamlı farklar bulunmuşur. Öğretmen adaylarının okul öncesinde bilgisayar kullanımına ilişkin görüşleri mezun olacakları alan ve bilgisayarı kullanma durumlarına göre incelendiğinde bazı maddelerde anlamlı farklar bulunmuştur.

Ill ABSTRACT This research was held in some state and the private primary and the nursery schools -which are the central and the metropolis's in Ankara-. The aim in this research was; to investigate the ideas and the manners of the teacher's and 4th grade student's of the Gazi University. While the research was holding a lot of questions were asked to the teachers and the preservice teachers of the Gazi University -the questions were about Computer Assisted Instruction-. The specimen of the research was become totaly 189 teachers and the 151 preservice teachers-are accepted the representate of the universe- The teachers who were asked questions in this research were working in different primary and nursery schools in Ankara. These place are; Altındağ, Çankaya, Etimesgut, Keçiören, Mamak, Sincan, Yenimahalle. Questionare Form About Using computer in Early Childhood Education- was developedby A. E. Mc. FARLENE and E. JARED- which was translated and adapted in Turkish by BAYHAN, P. and OLGUN,M.P. was used by the teachers and the preservice teachers to get the ideas about the computer assisted instruction and CV's. At the analysis of the datas - which was having at the end of the research - was profited from the Statistical Packet for Social Sciences programming. It was calculated percentage and frequency for appaising of the teacher's and the preservice teacher's knowledge. It was commented on percentages and frequencies while appaising of the teacher's ideas and the manner of using computers at the kindergarten. İt was also pointed on the preservice teacher's and teacher's ages, education, branches, professional experience and the usage of computer. It was also used the diagonal table for this research. The other event in this research was; to get together the teacher's and the kindergarten teacher's ideas about Computer Assisted Instruction.IV After getting the ideas together; it was tested with the T- Test. The aim, in this point to see the differences between the ideas of teachers and the preservice teachers. As a result, the teacher's and the preservice teacher's ideas of the Computer Assisted Instruction were seen positive, and had the ideas like these; to have knowledge of using computer and to have some knowledge about Computer Assisted Instruction, the negative or positive effects of growing the kids, the usage of computer and the period of application, the usage for the aim, computer assisted instruction must be given by the computers teachers definitely, to check the education programs after applicating. When the teachers ideas using computer before the primary schools had were investigateal according to the ages, according to their education, the branch of graduation, professional experience and accordig to using computer, the meaningful difference has been had at some paragraphs. When the preservice teacher's ideas were investigating according to their using computer and branch of graduation, the meaningful difference has been had at some paragraphs.
