ÖZET LİSE II FİZİK DERSİNİN BAZI KONULARINDA AMAÇ ANALİZİ, İLGİLİ AMAÇLARA UYGUN TEST HAZIRLANMASI VE UYGULANMASI GÜLLÜ, İlhan Yüksek Lisans Tezi, Orta Öğretim Fen ve Matematik Alanlar Eğitimi Anabilim Dalı Tez Danışmanı: Prof. Dr. Salim ORAK Temmuz 2004, 89 sayfe Ortaöğretim kurumlarında okutulan fizik derslerinde öğrencilerin bilim dili ile konuşabilme, fiziksel prensipleri ve teorileri anlayabilme ve öğrenme yeteneklerinin geliştirilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Fakat günümüzde bu yeteneklere uygun, ayrıntılı bir amaçlar listesi bulunmadığı ve yeteneklerin kazanılıp kazanılmadığını ölçen uygun test materyalleri kullanılmadığı düşünülmektedir. Bu çalışmada, lise II. sınıflarda fen bilimleri alanında fizik okuyan öğrencilerin bilimsel bilgileri bilme, anlama ve öğrenme yeteneklerinin düzeylerinin tespit edilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bu noktadan hareketle fizik dersi için ayrıntılı bir amaçlar listesi belirlenmiş, belirlenen amaçları ölçecek niteliğe sahip test maddeleri hazırlanmıştır. Hazırlanan test maddeleri, Van ilindeki bazı liselerde, lise II fen bilimleri alanında okuyan öğrencilere uygulanmıştır. Böylece, test maddelerinden elde edilen verilerden yararlanılarak öğrencilerin bilimsel bilgileri bilme, anlama ve öğrenme yeteneklerinin seviyesi tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Yapılan çalışmanın sonucunda öğrencilerin bilimsel bilgileri bilme yeteneklerinin %36, bilimsel bilgileri anlama yeteneklerinin %33 ve bilimsel bilgileri öğrenme yeteneklerinin %29 oranında gelişmiş olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Elde edilen sonuçlar tartışılmış ve problemin çözümü için önerilerde bulunulmuştur.

ABSTRACT ANALYSIS OF OBJECTIVES FOR TOPICS OF PHYSICS LESSON IN 2nd GRADE IN SECONDARY SCHOOL, PREPARING AND APPLYING TEST RELEVANT OBJECTIVES GÜLLÜ, İlhan Msc, The Department of Secondary Mathematics and Sciences Education Supervisor: Prof. Dr. Salim ORAK July 2004, 89 pages In the courses of physics taught in secondary schools, improving the abilities of speaking scientific language, understanding physical prenciples and teories, and learning was aimed. But, it can be said that there is not any detailed list of objectives which is suitable to improve these abilities and proper measurement material to see improvment on students' abilities The aim of this study was to determine abilities of knowing, understanding and learning scientific of knowledges of students' who learning of 2nd grade at secondary school. Therefore, a detailed list of objectives for physics course was obtained. Test items were prepared to measure the acquirement of these objectives. Test items were applied to students who learn physics in some secondary schools in Van. It was tried to determine the students' abilities of knowing scientific knowledges, of understanding scientific knowledges, and of learning by using data which were obtained from test items. At the end of the study, it was found that the ability of knowing scientific knowledges was at the rate of 36%, of understanding scientific knowledges was at the rate of 33% and of learning was at the rate of %29. The results obtained were discussed and the suggestions of solution were offered.
