Özet
Bu araştırma, D.E.Ü. Buca Eğitim Fakültesi Güzel Sanatlar Eğitimi Bölümü Müzik Eğitimi Anabilim Dalı alan derslerinin müzik öğretmeni adaylarının yaratıcı düşünme becerileri üzerindeki etkilerini incelemek amacıyla gerçekleştirilmiştir. Ayrıca müzik öğretmeni adaylarının yaratıcılık düzeyleri ile cinsiyet ve mezun oldukları lise türü arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı fark olup olmadığı araştırılmıştır. Araştırma, 33 öğrenciye 6. yarıyılın başında ve 7. yarıyılın sonunda Torrance Yaratıcı Düşünme Testi (Sözel A Formu) uygulanarak gerçekleştirilmiştir. Ayrıca öğrencilerin bu zaman diliminde gördükleri dersler araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilen gözlem formu kullanılarak gözlenmiştir. Verilerin analizinde standart sapma, frekans, yüzde, t-Testi, Mann Whitney- U Testi kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın sonuçlan şunlardır: 1. Öğrencilerin öntest ve sontest yaratıcılık puanlan arasında istatistiksel açıdan anlamlı fark vardır.. 2. Gözlem sonuçlarından elde edilen verilerin araştırma sonucunu destekler nitelikte olduğu ortaya konulmuştur. 3. Öğrencilerin yaratıcılık düzeyleri (akıcılık, esneklik, özgünlük) ile cinsiyetleri arasında anlamlı fark yoktur. 4. Öğrencilerin yaratıcılık düzeyleri ile mezun olduklan lise türü arasında anlamlı fark yoktur.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of the main courses of Music Education Department of Fine Arts Education Section in D.E.U Buca Faculty of Education on the creative thinking ability of music teacher candidates. It is also investigated whether there is statistically significant difference between creativity levels and sex and between creativity levels and the type of high school education of music educator candidates. This study was carried out by applying Torrance Creative Thinking Test Verbal Form A (TCTT) to the 33 students of the music department pre-test at the beginning of the sixth term and the post-test at the end of the seventh term. In addition, the author observed the lessons of these students in that period by using an observation form developed by the author. The data were collected with Verbal A Form of Torrance Creative Thinking Test and with Lecturer Observation Form which was developed by the author. Standart Deviation, frequence, percentage, t-Test and Mann Whitney-U Test were used to analyse data. The results of this study are as follows: 1. There is statistically significant difference between pretest and posttest creativity scores of students. 2. It is revealed that the data obtained from observations support the results of this study. 3. There is no significant difference between sex and creative levels (fluency, flexibility, originality) of students. 4. There is no significant difference between the creativity levels and the type of high school education of students.
