Özet

ÖZET Bu araştırmanın amacı İlköğretim Sosyal Bilgiler dersindeki“Türkiye'de Sanayi”konusunun öğrenilme düzeyinin tespit edilerek bu konuyla ilgili grafik ve haritaların geliştirilmesidir. Konunun öğrenme düzeylerini tespit etmek amacıyla Ankara ili merkez ilçelerine bağlı ilköğretim okullarında öğrencilere başarı testi uygulanırken, öğretmenlereyse konunun öğrenilme düzeylerini yeterli görüp görmediklerini belirlemek amacıyla anket uygulanmıştır. Uygulanan basan testi ve anketin çözümlenmesi için SPSS paket programından yararlanılmıştır. Yapılan analiz sonucunda konunun öğretiminin h9em öğrenci hem de öğretmenler tarafından yetersiz olduğu görülmüştür. Bu yetersizliğin giderilmesi için sanayi konularıyla ilgili grafik ve haritalar DİE'den alman son verilere göre oluşturulmuştur. Oluşturulan ilgili grafik ve haritaların hem öğrenci hem de öğretmenlere konunun öğretiminde faydalı olacağı umulmaktadır. Ayrıca Sosyal Bilgiler dersindeki diğer coğrafya konularına ait bu yönde yapılacak çalışmaların da Sosyal Bilgiler dersi için faydalı olacağı düşünülmektedir.

11 SUMMARY The purpose of this research is to develop the graphics and the maps in relation to the level of learning of the“Industry in Turkey”in the Social Sciences course in the primary education schools by determining such level. Polls have been applied to the teachers to determine whether they see the level of learning of the subject matter while success test is being applied to students in the primary education schools connected to central counties of Ankara province to determine the learning levels of the subject matter. SPSS package program has been made use of to analyze the success test applied and the poll. At the and of the analysis, it has been determined that the teaching of the subject matter is insufficient both according the students and according to the teachers. The graphics and the maps in relation to the matters of industry for the remedying of this insufficiency has been formed in accordance with the last data received from the DIE (State Statistics Institute). It is hoped that the related graphics and the maps, which has been formed will be beneficial both to the students and to the teachers in the teaching of the subject matter. Apart from this, the works, which are to be conducted in this direction pertaining to the other subjects of geography in the course of Social Sciences are considered to be beneficial for the course of Social Sciences.
