Özet

oz Gelişen teknoloji ile, uluslararası üretim ve rekabet gücü önem kazanmıştır. Bunun temelinde yetişmiş insan kaynağı gelmektedir; bu da ancak daha iyi eğitimle sağlanabilmektedir. Bu doğrultuda hazırlanan çalışmanın temel amacı, eğitim sistemine katkıda bulunmak için web tabanlı uzaktan öğrenimin nasıl uygulanabileceğinin, içeriklerinin ve aşamalarının araştırılmasıdır. Bu kapsamda web tabanlı uzaktan öğrenim sistemi hem teorik hem de uygulamalı olarak ele alınmıştır. * Bu çalışmayla, web tabanlı uzaktan öğrenim sisteminin geleneksel eğitime katkısı görülmüştür. ABSTRACT By the improving technology, the international production and competency has gained power. In the structure of this, there is the educated human resource; and this can only be provided by better education. The aim of this study is to contribute to the education system by making research about how web based training can be applied, its contents and steps. In this manner, web based training has been examined theorically and with the help of an application at the end. With this study, the contribution of web based training system to the education system has been seen. m

oz Gelişen teknoloji ile, uluslararası üretim ve rekabet gücü önem kazanmıştır. Bunun temelinde yetişmiş insan kaynağı gelmektedir; bu da ancak daha iyi eğitimle sağlanabilmektedir. Bu doğrultuda hazırlanan çalışmanın temel amacı, eğitim sistemine katkıda bulunmak için web tabanlı uzaktan öğrenimin nasıl uygulanabileceğinin, içeriklerinin ve aşamalarının araştırılmasıdır. Bu kapsamda web tabanlı uzaktan öğrenim sistemi hem teorik hem de uygulamalı olarak ele alınmıştır. * Bu çalışmayla, web tabanlı uzaktan öğrenim sisteminin geleneksel eğitime katkısı görülmüştür.
