Özet

ÖZET 2-HTOROKSİ-l-NAFTALDEHİD TİYOSEMİKARBAZON VE BAZI S-ALKİL ESTERLERİNİN GEÇİŞ METAL KOMPLEKSLERİNİN ARAŞTIRILMASI 2-Hidroksi-l-naftaldehid tiyosemikarbazon S-Alkil esterleri, etil alkol ortamında ISf-fenil tiyosemikarbazid ile alkilhalojenürûn (RX ; R=CH3, C2H5, C3H7, CH2-Ph, X=C1, Br, I) reaksiyonundan elde edilen S-Alkil N-Fenil tiyosemikarbazid hidrohalojenür bileşiklerinin aldehid ile muamele edilmesiyle bilinen yöntemlerden yararlanılarak sentez edildi. Ligand olarak 2-Hidroksi-l-naftaldehid tiyosemikarbazon S-Metil/Etil/Propil/Benzil esterlerinin Fe, Co, Ni ve Cu metal kompleksleri hazırlandı. Ligand ve komplekslerinin bazı özellik ve yapılarım aydınlatmak amacıyla IR1,H-NMR, UV-VİS spektrumları ile Elementel Analiz, Magnetik Geçirgenlik ve TGA verileri elde edildi Sonuç olarak, ligandların sentezlenen komplekslerde hangi dönor atomlar üzerinden koordinasyona katıldığı ve metal/ligand oram belirlenmeye çalışıldı.

XI SUMMARY INVESTIGATION OF TRANSITION METAL COMPLEXES WITH 2-HYDROXY-l-NAPHTHALDEHYDE THIOSEMICARBAZONE AND SOME OF ITS S-ALKYL ESTERS 2-Hydroxy-l-naphthaldehyde-(N4-phenyl) thiosemicarbazone S-Alkyl esters were synthesized according to common procedures by addition of the aldehyde to compounds of S-alkyHN^phenyl) thiosemicarbazide hydrohalogenide, obtained from the reaction of (N^phenyty-lMosemicarbazide with alkyl halides (RX: Mel, Eü, n-PrBr, QHsCHaCl). The metal complexes were prepared by reacting Fe(m), Co(II), Ni(E) and Cu(IT) ions with 2-hydroxy-l-naphthaldehyde S-alkyl-CN^phenyl) thiosemicarbazone ligands described above. Elemental analyses, IR, 'H-NMR, UV-VIS spectra,magnetic susceptibilities, molar conductance and TGA data of both ligands and complexes were obtained by the aim of identification of some properties and their structures. In conclusion, it was attempted to find that which donor atoms of the ligands contributed to the coordination complexes and what metal/ligand ratios were.
