Özet
ilköğretim ikinci kademede is ve teknik eğitim uygulamalarının değerlendirilmesi ( Yüksek Lisans Tezi) Kamil ERDO?AN GAZI ÜNİVERSİTESİ FEN BİLİMLERİ ENSTİTÜSÜ TEMMUZ - 1990 ÖZ Bilim ve teknik alanındaki hızlı gelişmeler, eğitim sistemimizde zorunlu bazı değişiklikleri gerekli kılmıştır. Bireylerin, bu hızlı değişime ayak uydura bilmeleri ve üst öğretime hazırlanmaları amacıyla, başlangıcı eski yıllara dayanan ilköğretim uygulamalarına 1980'li yıllarda hız verilmiş ve çok sayıda ilk öğretim okulu açılmıştır, iş ve teknik eğitim uygulamaları; her yönüyle topluma yaralı üretken ve çağın gereklerine uygun bireyler yetiştirilmesini amaçlamakta dır. Bu özellikler, yeterli eğitim ortamı sağlandığı takdirde iş ve teknik eğitim derslerinde kazandırıla- bilecektir. öğrencilerde, davranış ve kişiliklerin şekillendiği ilköğretim ikinci kademede iş ve teknik eğitim uygulamalarının değerlendirilmesi amacıyla; yönetici, iş ve teknik eğitim öğretmeni ile son sınıf öğrencilerine anket uygulanmıştır. Anket sonuçları çeşitli yönlerden incelenmiş ve tablolaştırılarak değerlen dirilmiştir. Anketi cevaplandıran yönetici, öğretmen ve öğrenciler; iş ve teknik eğitim uygulamalarında, temrini ilk malzeme, kaynak, araç-gereç, atölye ve takım yetersizliği gibi maddi yetersizlikler olduğunu belirtmişlerdir. Branş öğretmeni sayısı yetersizdir. Mevcut öğretmenlere de konu ile ilgili hizmet içi eğitim faaliyetleri yoluyla rehberlik, yok denecek kadar az bir durumdadır. Uygulamalarda; çeşitli imkansızlıklar nedeniyle öğrenci ilgisi geri plana bırakılmaktadır. Dersin kapsamı, çevre ve okul imkanları dikkate alınarak tespit edilmektedir. imkansızlıklar nedeni ile bazı alanlar öğrencilere yeterince tanıtılamamak tadır, iş ve teknik eğitim, uygulamalarındaki problemler giderildiği takdirde, kurama dönük dersler kadar, bireyin gelişmesinde, uygulamalı dersler de önemli görülmektedir.

Thesis) Kamil ERDO?AN INSTITUTE GAZI UNIVERSTY OF SCIENCE AND TECNOLOGY JULY 1990 ABSTRACT Some changes are needed in our education system due to fast development in the field of the science and technolo jy. The application of basic education who se beginning extends to previos years have been acce lerated in 1980* s in order to procure to be prepare of individual for these changes and the higher education. Therefore, a lot of basic education school Is have been established. Its one of the purposes is to supply the applications of industrial arts and technology educa tion for the students who need them in order to grow up as productive, creative and beneficial for the so- ceity. In order to evaluate the applications of indust rial arts and technology education in the basic educa tion second stage where the behaviour and personality of the student are taken shape, the survey is applied on the school Is administrators, industrial arts and technolo jy education teachers and the third year stu dents of basic education, second stage. The results of the survey is investigated with their all sides, eva luated and tabulated. The administrators, teachers and students who rep) lied the questions of the survey have pointed out some inadequancies such as insufficiency of the exercising tools, the sources, the means, the equipments, the workshops and the set of tools. More over, the number of industrial arts and technology tea cher isn't adequate in addition to that, there are few the activites of inservice training and the guidance related to the subject for the present teachers. The interests of the students have been remaining in the background because of the different impossibilities in the applications. The content of the lesson is deter - mined with respect to the facilities of the school Is and the environment. Moreover, some fields couldn't be introduaced to the students due to certain problems. If the problems in the application of industrial arts and technology education are eliminated, the signifi cance of the applied lessons will be more understood. That is, the fact that the applied lessons are as impo- rtant as the theorotical lessons will be more cleared» II
