Özet
Araştırma; adölesan dönemdeki genç kızlara yönelik hazırlanan üreme sağlığı eğitim programının, genç kızların üreme sağlığına yönelik bilgi düzeylerindeki etkisini belirlemek amacıyla deneysel olarak yapılmıştır. Araştırma deneysel türde bir çalışma olduğundan dolayı herhangi bir evren ve örneklem belirleme yöntemi kullanılmamıştır. Üreme sağlığı eğitim programının yürütüldüğü Cebeci Kız Meslek Lisesi'nde her düzeyden (lise 1, 2, ve 3) birer sınıf olmak üzere toplam üç sınıf (n=97) çalışma grubunu oluşturmuştur. Nevzat Ayaz Kız Meslek Lisesi'nde ise çalışma grubuna benzer sayıda öğrenci (n=92) kontrol grubu olarak alınmıştır. Veriler, kişisel bilgi formu, üreme sağlığı bilgi testi, eğitim sürecini değerlendirme formu olmak üzere üç form aracılığıyla toplanmıştır. Eğitim programının uygulaması başlamadan önce her iki gruptaki öğrenciler kişisel bilgi formunu doldurmuşlar ve üreme sağlığı bilgi testini yanıtlamışlardır. Daha sonra, çalışma grubunda yer alan öğrencilere üreme sağlığı eğitim programı uygulanmıştır. Eğitim, haftada bir saat olmak üzere rehberlik derslerinde yürütülmüştür. Öğrenciler eğitim programında yer alan her bir konunun sonunda, eğitim sürecini değerlendirme formunu doldurmuştur. Eğitim programı sonrasında her iki gruptaki öğrenciler üreme sağlığı bilgi testini tekrar yanıtlamıştır. Veriler bilgisayarda SPSS programında analiz edilmiştir. Verilerin analizinde, bağımlı ve bağımsız gruplarda t testi, tek yönlü varyans analizi, Man Withney-U testi, Wilcoxon Eşleştirilmiş İki Örnek Testi, Kruskall-Wallis varyans analizi, Ki-kare ve Kolmogorov Simirnov testleri kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın hipotezleri doğrultusunda yapılan istatistiksel değerlendirmede, eğitim programından geçen öğrencilerin üreme sağlığı bilgi düzeylerinin, eğitim programından geçmeyen öğrencilerden anlamlı düzeyde daha yüksek olduğu bulunmuştur. Ayrıca, çalışma grubunda yer alan öğrencilerin eğitim sonrasındaki üreme sağlığı bilgi düzeylerinin, eğitim öncesine göre anlamlı düzeyde yüksek olduğu belirlenmiştir.

This research was carried out to investigate the effect of reproductive health education for adolescent girls on reproductive knowledge level of the girls as experimental research. It wasn't used a method to determine univese and sample because it is an experimental research.. Cebeci Girls' Career High School was the study group (n=97) which consists of one class from each nineth,tenth and eleventh grades. Also Nevzat Ayaz Girls' Career High School was the control group (n=92) which consists of students that likes amount of the study group. Datas were collected by three forms which consist of individual information form, reproductive health knowledge test and evaluation form of education process. Before the education program has started, the students on the study and the control group answered individual information form and reproductive health knowledge test. Then, reproductive health education was given to the students on the study group. The education program carried out in guidance lesson one hour a week. The students answered evaluation form of education process at the end of each chapter in the education program on reproductive health. The students on the study and the control group answered reproductive health knowledge test again after the education program has finished. Datas were analysed with SPSS program by the computer. Independent t test, paired t test, one way ANOVA, Mann-Withney U test, Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test, Kruskall-Wallis test, chi-square and Kolmogorov-Simirnov test were used to evaluate the datas. Carried out statistical evaluations in the light of research hypothesis were found that reproductive health knowledge level of the students given the education program were significantly higher than reproductive health knowledge level of the students not given the education program. In addition, it was found that reproductive health knowledge level of the students on the study group increased significantly after the education program.
