Özet
ÖZET Bu araştırmanın amacı; ilköğretimde uygulanan Türkçe Ders Programının amaç, konu, metot, araç-gereç ve değerlendirme boyutları açısından ilköğretim I. Kademe 2. Devre (4.-5. Sınıf) den II. Kademeye geçiş durumunu ortaya koymaktır. Geçiş durumunda ölçüt olarak süreklilik, aşamalılık ve tutarlılık ölçütleri alınmıştır. Araştırma tarama modelindedir ve örneklem olarak Konya ili merkez ilçeleri olan Karatay, Meram ye Selçuklu'da bulunan ilköğretim okulları alınmıştır. Veriler konu ile ilgili kaynakların incelenmesi; araştırmacı tarafından hazırlanan ve ilköğretim 4. ve 5. Sınıf öğretmenleriyle ilköğretim 6., 7. ve 8. Sınıf Türkçe dersi öğretmenlerine açık ve kapalı uçlu sorulardan oluşturularak uygulanan anketler sonunda elde edilmiştir. Anket soruları; kişisel bilgiler genel bilgiler, amaçlar, konular, yöntemler, araç-gereçler ve ölçme-değerlendirme bölümlerinden oluşmaktadır. 48 sorudan oluşan“A”anketi 105 sınıf öğretmenine; 47 sorudan oluşan "B anketi 54 Türkçe öğretmenine uygulanmıştır. Konu ile ilgili ulaşılabilen kaynaklardan gerekli alıntılar yapılmış anket sonuçları ise yüzde hesabından faydalanılarak yorumlanmıştır. Bu araştırmanın sonuçlarına göre ilköğretim Türkçe programı ve bu program uygulayan öğretmenlerin yetiştirilme anlayışının gözden geçirilerek yeterli düzenlemelerin yapılması önerilebilir.

I ABSTRACT This study aims to demonstrate how the Turkish course program applied in Elementary schools are adapted from phase-1, Period-2 (e.g. the 4,h and 51'1 years) to Phase-2, from the view-points of aims, subjects, tools and instruments and evaluation dimensions. Continuity, state of being organized in phases, and consistency have been considered as the main criteria of the transition stage. The research applied was of the Surveying model, and Elementary Schools Located in Karatay, Meranı and Selçuklu, which are the central counties of Konya province, were taken as sampling subjects. The data were obtained by examination of present sources relevant to the subjectmatter, and in the result of the inquiry questionnaires composed of open and close ended questions prepared by the researcher himself, and asked to the teachers of class 4 and 5 in primary schools, as well as to the Turkish Language Instructors of class 6,7 and 8 in elementary schools. Questionnaires used for the survey consisted of such question groups as personal informations, general informations, aims, methods, tools and instruments, and the measuring-evaluating. The Inquiry- A, cuhich contained 48 questions, were applied to 105 class-teachers, and the Inquiry-B, which contained 47 questions, to 54 Turkish Language Teachers. The relevant quotations were taken from various subject-related sources, and the survey results were interpreted using the percentage calculations. According to the results of this study, you may suggest that the Elementary School Turkish Lesson Program and the concepts used in training the teachers that follow that program should be re-considered, and that some adequate arrangements should be made.
