Özet
ÖZET Yeresaçan, Alp, Mehtap., Kontratla Yürütülen Ev İdaresi Hizmetleri Konusunda Kurumların Görüş ve Eğilimlerinin İncelenmesi, Hacettepe Üniversitesi Sağlık Bilimleri Enstitüsü Ev İdaresi ve Aile Ekonomisi Programı Bilim Uzmanlığı Tezi, Ankara, 2001. Mersin ilinde yapılan bu araştırma, kurumların kontratla yürütülen ev idaresi hizmetlerinden yararlanma durumlarını, hizmetlerin yürütülmesine ilişkin görüşlerini, eğilimlerini ve karşılaştıkları sorunları saptayarak ev idaresi hizmetlerinin en verimli şekilde yerine getirilebilmesi için geçerli önerilerde bulunmak amacıyla planlanmış ve yürütülmüştür. Araştırma kapsamına, 84 banka alınmıştır. Kurumların %61.9'u tüm ev idaresi hizmetlerinde, %16.7'si bazı hizmetlerde özel firma veya firmalardan hizmet alırken, %21.4'ü herhangi bir firmadan hizmet almamaktadır. Araştırmada, 100-300 m2 arası alana sahip olan kurumlar önde gelmektedir. Ev idaresi personelinin %76.3'ünü firma personeli oluşturmaktadır. Hizmet almayan kurumların ev idaresi hizmetlerinden sorumlu kişileri daha çok (%44.5) müdürler, hizmet alanlar da ise (%39.4) muhasebe şefleridir. Hizmet alan (%51.6) ve almayanlarda (%61.1) sorumlu kişiler, daha çok 1-5 yıl süre ile kurumda çalışmakta, her iki grupta da daha çok 1-5 yıl arası süre ile ev idaresi hizmetlerinin yürütülmesinden sorumludur. Kurumların çalışacakları firmaya çoğunlukla (%65.2) şube müdürlüğü karar vermektedir. Kurumların çoğunluğu (%77.2) bir firmadan hizmet almaktadır ve %84.3'ü 1 yıl ve daha fazla süredir aynı firma ile çalışmaktadır. İki ayrı firmadan hizmet alan kurumların %80.0'i birinci firma ile 1 yıl ve daha fazla süre ile hizmet almaktadır (p<0.05). İkinci firmadan haşere kontrolü (%93.3) hizmeti alanlar önde gelmektedir. Hizmet alan kurumların %86.3'ü tüm günlük temizlik hizmetleri için hizmet almaktadır. Daha ucuz maliyette olduğu için hizmet aldığını belirten kurumlar önde gelmektedir. Hizmet alan kurumların %48.4'ü periyodik işler için kontrat yapmaktadır. Firma seçiminde daha önce çalıştığı kurumlardan referansları olduğu için seçtiklerini belirtenler önde gelmektedir. Kurumlar kontrat yaparken daha çok (%65.1) işin maliyetine dikkat etmektedir. Kurumların kontratlarının tamamında, ödeme miktarı, şekli, kontrat süresi, yenileme koşulları ve hangi koşullarda feshedileceği bilgileri yer almaktadır. Araştırma kapsamına alan kurumların %85.8'i hizmetlerin yürütülmesinden memnun olduklarını belirtmişlerdir. Hizmet alan kurumlarda hizmetlerin yürütülmesinden memnun olma (%98.5) oranı daha yüksektir (p<0.05). Kurumlar eşit oranlarda (%62.1) işin belirtilen zamanda, gerektiği şekilde ve kalitede yapılmasından memnunlar. Tüm kurumların karşılaştığı sorunların başında işin gerektiği şekilde ve kalitede yapılmaması gelmektedir. Kontrat bitiminde kurumların %97.0'si tekrar ve aynı firmadan (%71.9) hizmet satın almak istemektedirler. Kurumların yarıdan fazlası (%66.6) maddi olanaklarının yeterli olmaması nedeniyle hizmet alamamakta ve maddi olanakları yeterli olduğunda, tamamı kontratla bir firmadan hizmet almak istemektedirler. Kontratla hizmet almayan kurumlar daha çok (%33.3) işin gerektiği şekilde ve kalitede yapılmasından memnundurlar.

ABSTRACT Yeresacan, Alp, Mehtap., Dealing with Inspections of Viewpoints and Inclinations of the Foundations Regarding the Subject of Housekeeping Services Implemented with Contracts, Hacetepe University Health Sciences Institute Master Thesis of Home Management and Family Economics Program, Ankara, 2001. This research being carried out in the province of Mersin, is planned and implemented for the purpose of presenting the most valid suggestions in order that housekeeping services be fulfilled in the most productive way by fixing the situations of benefits the foundations would achieve from housekeeping services implemented through contracts, foundations' viewpoints, inclinations and problems they face in relation with the implementation of these services. 84 banks were included in the research scope. While 61.9% of foundations are receiving all housekeeping services, 16.7% of them are receiving some services from private company(s), 21.4% out of them are not receiving any services from any company. In the research, foundations possessing area of 100-300 sq. meters are leading the list. Company staff are forming 76.3% of housekeeping personnel. Persons in charge of housekeeping services of foundations receiving no services are mainly (44.5%) foundation directors, whereas (39.4%) are the accountancy dept chiefs receiving the services. The persons in charge (51.6%) of services receivers and (61.1%) of non receivers are mainly those who work for period of 1-5 years for the foundation, those persons of both groups are those who are in charge of implementation of housekeeping services for 1-5 years time. As majority branch directorates of the foundations (65.2%) decide the company whom they cooperate with. Majority of the foundations (77.2%) receive services from one company and 84.3% of them cooperate with the same company for a period of 1 year and longer. 80.0% of the foundations receiving services from two separate companies are receiving services from the first company for a period of 1 year and longer (p<0.05). Those receive insect control from the second company lead the list (93.3%). 86.3% of the foundations receiving services are receiving the services for full time cleaning services. Foundations indicating that they are receiving services for the same being of low cost are leading the list. 48.4% of services receiving foundations are making contracts for periodical works. Foundations indicating that they select the company because that company is bearing the recommendation from the foundations they cooperated with, are at the top of the list in company selecting process. Foundations (65.1%) when making contracts, pay attention to the work cost more than respect else. All contracts of foundations contain information like; amounts of payment, terms of payment, contract duration, renewal terms and conditions and under what terms and conditions contracts to be terminated. 85.8% of the foundations included in the research scope have stated that they are satisfied with services implementation. Rate (98.5%) of satisfaction with services implementation in services recipient foundations, is higher (p<0.05). Foundations at equal rate (62.1%) are happy with the timely work execution in the required way and quality. The main problem all the foundations face is the work not being executed in the way and quality required. On contract completion 97.0% of the foundations want to receive (71.9%) services from the same company. More than half of the foundations (66.6%) cannot afford receiving services due to financial impossibilities and they all want to receive services from one company once their financial possibilities are sufficient to receive such services through a contract. Foundations (33.3%) not receiving services through contracts are generally satisfied with the work being executed in the way and quality required.
