The highest marketable SG., main p head yield per m was obtained from 2-1 saf stage nith 2*80 kg and the lowest from 4-laaf stage as 2.58 kg. By the treatments the highest yield was obtained from control planting as 2077 kg and the lowest from vemalized planting as 2«53 kg. With respect to plant 2 spacing the highest marketable SG, main head yield per m vras found as 2^85 kg at 65 x 25 cm planting and the lovest as 2.52 kg at 65 x 35 cm planting. With regord t o «ultirars the highest main head p yield per m was found in Corvet-P., with 3.73 kg and the lowest in SG-j^ with f. 77 kg. 3.' Ehe highest freeaable Corvet-î1., main head yield per plot with regord to treatments «as obtained from control planting 9.26 kg whereas the lovest yield from vernalized planting as 7.47 kg.
