ÖZET tedarik zinciri performans yönetimi Bu çalışmada, tedarik zinciri performansını ölçmek, değerlendirmek ve iyileştirmek için kullanılan bir model incelendi ve bir tedarik zincirinin performansı değerlendirildi. Bu analiz sırasında tedarik zinciri yönetimi ve optimizasyonu konusunda Hder bir yazılım olan Manugistics'in bir metodolojisi olan“Sonuç Bildirim Prosesi”kullanıldı.“Sonuç Bildirim Prosesi”başlıca dört aşamadan oluşmaktadır: - Vizyon Birliği: Tedarik zinciri yönetimi kavramı üzerinde bir vizyon birliği sağlanır. Bu aşamada her iki tarafin da projeden ortak beklentileri belirlenir. - Olanakların Belirlenmesi: Uygulama yapılacak tedarik zinciri için önemli performans göstergeleri ve bunların hesaplama yöntemleri belirlenir. Bu performans değerleri hesaplanır ve sektördeki en iyi sonuçlarla karşılaştırılır. Bu çalışma sonucu ortaya çıkan farklar ve hedefler doğrultusunda performans göstergelerinde ne kadar geliştirme yapılması gerektiği belirlenir ve bunun için kullanılacak çözümler sunulur. - Sonuç Mutabakatı: Belirlenen performans geliştirme hedefleri üzerinde mutabakat sağlanır ve bununla ilgili hangi çözümlerin uygulanacağına karar verilir. - Sonuçların Elde Edilmesi: Belirlenen Manugistİcs çözümlerinin uygulaması başlatılır. Performans göstergeleri periyodik olarak hesaplanarak elde edilen gelişmeler takip edilir. Gerekirse yeni çözümler devreye alınır. Tedarik zinciri performansını ölçmek için kullanılan performans göstergelerini başlıca dört gruba ayırabiliriz: 1. Gelirle ilgili göstergeler: a. Sipariş tamamlama oranı, b. Zamanında teslimat 2. Varlık yönetimi ile ilgili göstergeler: a. Varlık geri dönüş oranı, b. Stok devir oranı, c. Kullanılmayan ürün stokları 3. İşletme maliyetleri ile ilgili göstergeler: a. Nakliye maliyetleri, b. Malzeme maliyetleri, c. Envanter maliyetleri, d. İşçilik maliyetleri 4. Sermaye yönetimi ile ilgili göstergeler: a. Tahmin doğruluğu, b. Envanter yatırımı, c. Ekonomik kar Yapılan uygulamada şirket açısından önemli performans göstergeleri belirlendi, mevcut değerleri ölçüldü ve sektördeki en iyi örneklerle karşılaştırıldı. Hedeflenen değerlere ulaşmak için ne gibi fırsatlar olduğu araştırıldı ve geliştirme olanakları sonucu elde edilecek faydalar ortaya çıkarıldı. be

SUMMARY SUPPLY CHAIN PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT In this study, a model that is used to measure, assess and improve the performance of the supply chain, is researched and measured the performance of the supply chain of a leading CPG company. In this analysis“The Results Delivery Process”-the methodology of the Manugistics which is one of the leading products about supply chain management- is used.“The Results Delivery Process”has four phases: - Joint Visioning: A common vision about the supply chain management is determined. The expectations of both sides are determined. - Opportunity Assessment: The significant performance indicators of the supply chain and their calculation methods are determined. These performance indicators are calculated and a benchmark is made with the best practices of the industry. And the improvement potential is determined and some solutions are suggested. - Result Commitment: A commitment is made about the result that will be delivered by the Manugistics solutions. - Results Delivery: The implementation of the Manugistics solutions is began. The performance indicators are periodically calculated. And new solutions can be suggested according to these results. The performance indicators which are used to evaluate the performance of a supply chain, can be grouped in four categories: 1. Performance indicators about income: a. The order fulfillment rate, b. On time deliveries 2. Performance indicators about asset management: a. Return on asset rate, b. Inventory turn rate, c. Obselence inventory 3. Performance indicators about operating costs: a. Transportation costs, b. Material costs, c. Inventory costs, d. Labour costs 4. Performance indicators about working capital: a. Forecast accuracy, b. Inventory investment, c. Economic profit In this study, the critical performance indicators for the company and the supply chain are determined. The current values of these performance indicators are calculated and benchmark with the best in class values. The opportunities are found out to reach the best in class values and the benefits of these opportunities are determined.
