During the study, graphite-reinforced photopolymer composite materials were produced using the Stereolithography (SLA) method, one of the additive manufacturing technologies, and the effects of production parameters on the mechanical, thermal, electrical, and tribological properties of the material were investigated experimentally and statistically. Additive manufacturing methods, unlike traditional machining processes, are based on the principle of layering the material and offer significant advantages such as the manufacturability of complex geometries, design freedom, and low material loss. The SLA method is based on the principle of curing liquid photopolymer resin with ultraviolet light and has significant potential for functional composite production due to its high surface quality and dimensional accuracy. Within the scope of the study, graphite was added to the photopolymer resin at different ratios, and three basic production parameters were considered as variables: graphite content ratio, layer thickness, and exposure time. Tensile tests in accordance with the ASTM D638 standard, flexural tests in accordance with the ASTM D790 standard, thermal conductivity tests in accordance with the ASTM D5930 standard, electrical conductivity tests in accordance with the ASTM D4496 standard, and pin-on-disk abrasion tests in accordance with the ASTM G99 standard were performed on the samples produced in line with the experimental design. The experimental data obtained were evaluated using Minitab statistical software with analysis of variance (ANOVA), contour plots, and multiple response optimization analyses. According to the tensile test results, it was determined that an increase in the graphite ratio generally led to a decrease in tensile strength. However, a decrease in layer thickness showed an effect that improved mechanical performance. The optimization analysis determined that the most suitable parameter combination for maximum tensile strength was a 0.3% graphite content, a layer thickness of 0.05 mm, and an exposure time of 6 seconds. In the flexural tests, the graphite content had a more positive effect than in the tensile tests. An increase in flexural strength was achieved in samples where a higher graphite ratio was used, especially with low layer thickness. The optimal parameter combination for flexural strength was determined to be a graphite content of 0.7%, a layer thickness of 0.05 mm, and an exposure time of 5 seconds. Electrical conductivity tests revealed that no measurable conductivity was obtained in any sample under the applied direct current voltage. This indicates that the graphite content remained below the percolation threshold required for conductivity. Thermal conductivity results showed that thermal transmission increased with the increase in graphite content. Abrasion tests revealed that all samples exhibited mass loss in the range of 2–3% and displayed stable abrasion behavior. Optimization analyses evaluating multiple performance criteria simultaneously identified low layer thickness (0.05 mm) and low-to-medium graphite content as the common optimal parameters for mechanical performance. The study revealed that process parameters play a decisive role in the material performance of graphite-reinforced composite production using the SLA method, contributing to the importance of systematic parameter optimization in functional composite production.
