Özet

Kur'anı Kerim amme cüzü olakta bilinen 30.cu cüzdeki bedi ilmi acisindan misalleri ile açıklaması yapılacaktır.Öncelikle bedi ilminin tarifi mevzusu ve kurucusundan bahsedilecektir daha sonra tarihi ile beraber taksimatına girilecektir.Akabinde muhtelif şiirlerle konu renklendirilecektir burdan hareketle ayetler ele alınıp bedi ilmi acısından kritigi yapılacaktır.Alimlerin bu misaller hakkındakı görüşleri serdedilecektır ele aldımız bu konu daha önce akademi yede deginilmemiştir.Dolayısıyla bu araştırmanın akademiyaya katkı yapcagına inanıyoruz.

This thesis examines the manifestations and functions of badīʿ (rhetorical embellishment) in the sūras of the 30th juzʾ (Juzʾ ʿAmma) of the Qur'an, and investigates how these devices contribute to the text's semantic and affective impact. The central assumption is that badīʿ is not merely verbal ornamentation ; rather, especially in the short Meccan sūras, it functions as a structural element that establishes emphasis, sharpens meaning, and produces a lasting effect on listeners and readers. The thesis first addresses, from a theoretical perspective, the nature of badīʿ and its position within the sciences of Arabic rhetoric, and then outlines the revelation context, thematic profile, and rhetorical architecture of the 30th juzʾ (short-verse structure, repetition, sajʿ/verse-ending harmony, rhythm, and oratorical flow). In the analytical section, both verbal (lafẓī) and semantic (maʿnawī) badīʿ devices are examined through a sūra-based method applied to selected sūras. In this framework, it is shown that verbal features such as paronomasia (jinās), rhymed prose (sajʿ), repetition (takrīr), derivational wordplay (ishtiqāq), and related patterns enhance recitational force and memorability; while semantic devices such as antithesis (ṭibāq), counterbalancing (muqābala), metonymic allusion (kināya), double entendre (tawriya), hyperbole (mubālagha), and ironic insinuation (taʿrīḍ) more effectively structure the themes of tawḥīd, the afterlife, reckoning, and moral admonition. The findings demonstrate that the density of badīʿ in the 30th juzʾ is intrinsic to the text's composition and that, because each word in these short sūras carries a high semantic load, badīʿ provides an economy of emphasis. In conclusion, the thesis argues that in Juzʾ ʿAmma, badīʿ offers a key interpretive framework that integrates the aesthetic and functional dimensions of Qur'anic rhetoric.
