Özet
Kur'an-ı Kerim her türlü iyiliğin kaynağı olarak on dört asırdan beri insanların istifadesindedir. Kıyamete kadar da böyle devam edecektir. Yüce Allah iyiliği emredip, kötülükten yasaklayan ıslahatçılara, gönderdiği evrensel iyiliklerini ortaya çıkarıp yeryüzünde huzurlu bir yaşamı inşa etme görevini vermiştir. Şa'râvî de onlardan biri olarak sosyal hayatı kötülüklerden uzaklaşıp, güzelliklere dönüşmesi için Kur'an'ı tefsir etmeye yönelmiştir. Bunu yaparken ictimâi tefsir ekolünün metodunu kullanmıştır. Şa'râvî yaşadığı dönemde bunu ne kadar başarabildi. Bizler de onun yaptıklarına uyarsak, toplumumuzun İslâmî hayata geçmesine muvaffak olabilir miyiz? Kur'an'ın insanlara vermek istediği esas mesajı uyguladığımız zaman toplum eskilerde olduğu gibi o ihtişamlı hâline dönebilir mi? Bu sorularımıza Şa'râvî'nin tefsirini inceleyerek cevap aramaya çalıştık. Çalışmamızın birinci bölümü, Muhammed Mütevellî Şa'râvî'nin yaşadığı dönemin özelliklerini, hayatı, ilmî kişiliği ve eserlerini geniş bir şekilde ele almaktadır. Onun hayatı, İslâm'ın yüceliğini, ümmetin birliğini sağlamaya yönelik büyük hizmetlerle geçmiştir. Müellif Kur'an'ın temel ilkelerine sarılarak toplumsal bozulmalara çözüm üretmiştir. Ayrıca Batı'nın kurnazca projesi olan ırkçılık gibi düşünce sistemleriyle çok çetin mücadeleler vermiştir. İkinci bölümde ise içtimâi tefsir ekolü hakkında genel bir değerlendirme yapılarak toplumsal sorunlara sebep-sonuç merkezli yaklaşılmıştır. Çünkü Şa'râvî Tefsiri, bu ekolün önemli bir mahsulüdür. Üçüncü bölüm Şa'râvî Tefsirinin kendine has kolay yöntemi ve kaynaklara başvurmadaki üslûbu, dilbilimsel tahlilleri, hükümlerle ilgili görüşleri ve muhtevasına yönelik tanımları incelenmiştir. Dördüncü bölümde de Şa'râvî tefsirinin en önemli özelliği olan sosyal konularla ilgili çalışmalarını inceledik. Bu konular birçok kişilerin dikkatlerini çeken hem ilginç hem de verimli konulardır. Somut örnekler üzerinden detaylı açıklamalar yaptık.

The Holy Quran has been in the service of people for fourteen centuries as the source of all kinds of goodness. It will continue to do so until the Day of Judgment. Almighty Allah has given the task of revealing the universal goodness sent by the reformers who command good and forbid evil, and of establishing a peaceful life on earth. Muhammad Mutawallî al-Sha'rāwī, as one of these reformers, devoted himself to interpreting the Qur'an with the aim of guiding social life away from corruption and toward righteousness. While doing this, he adopted the methodological principles of the socio-interpretive (ijtimaʿī) school of tafsirTo what extent was al-Sha'rāwī successful under the challenging circumstances of his time? If we follow what he did, can we succeed in our society's transition to Islamic life? Can society return to its glorious state as it was in the past when we apply the main message that the Quran wants to give to people? We tried to find answers to these questions by examining al-Sha'râwî's interpretation. The first part of our study is about Muhammad Mutawallî al-Sha'rāwī's life, scientific personality works, and the characteristics of the period he lived in are discussed in detail. His life was spent with great services aimed at ensuring the greatness of Islam and the unity of the ummah. The author produced solutions to social corruption by embracing the basic principles of the Qur'an. It is also understood that he fought very hard against systems of thought such as racism, which is a cunning project of the West. In the second part, a general evaluation of the social tafsir school was made, and social problems were approached in a cause-effect-centered manner. The Tafsir of al-Sha'rawi is an important product of this school. In the third chapter, the distinctive and accessible methodology of al-Sha'rāwī's Tafsir, his style of referring to sources, his linguistic analyses, his views on the rulings, and his definitions of its content are examined. In the fourth section, we examined his works on social issues, which are the most important feature of al-Sha'rāwī's interpretation. These issues are both interesting and productive and attract the attention of many people. We provided detailed explanations using concrete examples.
