Özet
ÖZET İşletmeler, ürettikleri mamullerin maliyetlerinin gerçeğe yakın biçimde hesaplanması ile mamullerin satış fiyatlarının saptanmasını, piyasa rekabet koşullarına uyum sağlanmasını ve karlılığın ölçülmesini olanaklı kılacaktır.“Etlik Damızlıkçılık Üretiminde Maliyet Hesaplama Sistemi ve Bir Model Önerisi”adlı bu çalışma Muhasebe Sistemi Uygulama Genel Tebliği' ne göre damızlık işletmelerinde muhasebe sisteminin nasd uygulanması gerektiğini anlamak ve birim maliyetin doğru hesaplanabilirliği konusunda bilgiler vermek için hazırlanmıştır. Bu çalışma dört ana bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde maliyet muhasebesi ile ilgili temel kavramlar üzerinde durulmuştur. Bu bölümde konuya maliyet muhasebesinin tanımı ve amaçları ile başlanmış, daha sonra maliyet giderlerinin sınıflandırılmaları konusuna yer verilmiştir. Birim maliyetin hesaplanmasına ilişkin üretim maliyetlerinin belirlenmesi ve bunların oluşturan kalemlere de değinilmiştir. Çalışmanın ikinci bölümünde, M.S.U.G.T' ne göre maliyet hesaplan ve maliyet sistemleri hakkkında bilgi verilmiş, maliyet sistemlerinin oluşması ve üretim niteliğine göre ortaya çıkan maliyet sistemlerine değinilmiş, birim maliyetin hesaplanmasına yönelik olarak sipariş ve safha maliyet sistemlerininin üzerlerinde durulmuştur. Çalışmanın üçüncü bölümünde, örnek alınan işletmenin tavukçuluk ile ilgili damızlık firması olmasından hareketle; tavukçuluğun tarihçesi, Türkiye' de tavukçuluk endüstrisinin durumu, damızlık tavuk yetiştiriliciliği ve kuluçka işletmeleri gibi konuların üzerinde kısaca durulmuştur. Çalışmanın son bölümünde ise, ilk üç bölümde teorik olarak verilen bilgiler gerçek bir damızlık işletmesinde yapdan uygulamayla desteklenmiştir.

ABSTRACT The business enterprises make it possible to fix the products' selling prices, to adapt the competition circumstances of the market and to measure the profitability by calculating the production cost of the products. This thesis is called“Cost Accounting System of Breeding Chicks and A Proposal of A Model”and is prepared according to the General Instructions of Turkish Accounting System. It gives information about both the understanding of the accounting system application in breeding business enterprises and the correct calculation of the unit cost. The thesis consists of four main parts. In the first part; the basic concepts of the cost accounting system are explained. The subject starts with the definition and the aim of the cost accounting system and continues with the classification of the cost expenditures. The determination of the production costs which are related to the unit cost accounting and the items composed of these topics are also mentioned in this part of the thesis. In the second part; the cost accunts, the costs systems, the composition of these systems and the effects of the production quality on their formations are defined. The unit cost accounting aimed at process costing and job-order costing systems are counted as the other touched on subjects. The third part is composed of the topics like short history of poultry husbandary, the position of the poultry husbandry industry in Turkey, raising breeding chicks and broody business enterprises. By the help of the theoritical informations given in the previous parts, the last part of the thesis is supported by an application which is made in a real breeding chicks enterprise. VI
