Özet
124 ÖZET Bu çalışmanın amacı, K.K.T.C. spor örgütünde çalışan personelin kişisel özellikleri ve spor yönetiminin güncel sorunlarını tespit etmektir. Bu amaçla 24 sorudan ve iki bölümden oluşan bir anket uygulanmıştır. Anketin birinci bölümünde; yönetici personelin kişisel özellikleri ikinci bölümde ise; yönetici personelin spor yönetiminin güncel sorunları hakkındaki görüşlerini tespite yönelik sorulara yer verilmiştir. Anketler istatistiki işlemlere tabii tutularak frekans dağılımları ve yüzde değerleri tespit edilmiştir. Anketlerden elde edilen veriler tablolar ve grafikler haline dönüştürülerek yorumlanmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda deneklerin 41 yaş ve üstü olduğu, yüksek öğrenim gördükleri yönetimle ilgili bir eğitim aldıkları tespit edilmiş olup, gerek genel bütçeden spora ayrılan gerekse federasyonlara ayrılan payların yetersiz olduğu, sponsorluğun büyük bir mali kaynak sağlayacağı, hizmetlerin sevk ve idaresinde personelin önemli bir unsur olduğu, ancak teşkilatta nitelik ve nicelik bakımından yeterli personel bulunmadığı tesis araç, gereç ve malzemelerin yetersiz olduğu, diğer bir sorunu ise spor ambargosu ve mevzuat olduğu yönünde görüş bildirirlerken, en önemli sorunlarının başında finans kaynaklarının yetersizliğinin geldiğini belirttikleri tespit edilmiştir.

125 ABSTRACT The aim of this work is to prove personal specialities if thr stuff in the TRNC sport organizations and the recent problems oof the sport management For this aim, a survey has been applied in the firat part of the survey there were questions thr personal specialities of the stuff of thee administration, and in the second part there were questions about finding out the ideas about the recent problems of the sport organizations The survey results were estimated according to statistical operations and distribution of frequency and percentages were proved out At the end, it is proved that cobays are older than 41, have higher education about administration. The share of the sports and the federations taken from the general budget is not enough. They admit that sponsor will supply a great financial source, the stuff is very important in service administration but there isn't enough qualified stuff tolls or metarials. they also admit that the most important problem is in adequecy of the financial sources and the embargo of the sport
