Özet
-52- 6. ÖZET Bu çalışma 20 kontrol ve 20 denekte kan kurşun konsantrasyonunun serum HDL kolesterol, total kolesterol, total lipid, total proteini: üzerine etkisi incelenmiştir. Diyetteki protein, lipid, kolestoroılün, serumdaki bu parametrelere etki edebileceği düşüncesi ile, denek lerin üç günlük diyetleri ve beslenme alışkanlıklarını saptamak üzere anket uygulanmıştır. çalışmamızın sonucunda $ kan kurşun konsantrasyo nunun serum HDL kolesterol, total kolesterol, total li pid düzeyini anlamlı bir şekilde artırdığı, serum total protein konsahtrasyonundaki artışın anlamlı olmadığı sap tanmıştır. Diyetlerindeki kolesterol, lipid, protein miktarı nın bu parametreleri etkileyecek düzeyde olmadığı göste rilmiştir.

SUMMARY Relation between Blood Lead Concentration and Nutritional Level and Serum HDL CHolesterol, Total Cholesterol, Total Lipid and Total protein.\s in Lead Foundry Workers. The effect of blood lead concentration on serum HDL cholesterol, total cholesterol, total lipid and total protein has been investigated in this work in 20 controls and 20 patients. Considering that the protein, lipid and choles terol in the diet may have an effect on these parametres, an inquiry was made about the patients diets for three days and their nutritional habits. At the end of this work, it has been established that the blood lead concentration increased the serum HDL cholesterol, total cholesterol and total lipid levels significantly but no significant increase in the serum total concentration was found. The amount of cholesterol, lipids and protein in their diets showed that it had no effect on these para metres.
