Özet
Sürdürülebilir turizm hem şimdiki yaşamımızın hem de gelecek yaşamımızın çevresel, kültürel ve ekonomik boyutlarını olumlu yönde dönüştüren bir turizm türüdür. Ekonomik refahın sağlanmasını, kültürel ve çevresel varlıkların gelecek kuşaklara aktarılmasını sağlayan bu turizm türü 21. yy'ın teknolojik gelişmeleriyle güçlü bir bağa sahiptir. Bu çerçevede robot teknolojiler, sanal teknolojiler ve diğer teknolojiler gibi yapay zeka teknolojileri de sürdürülebilir turizme önemli katkılar sunmaktadır. Yapay zeka teknolojilerinin günümüzde henüz net bir tanımı yapılmamış, olmasına rağmen bu teknolojilerin insanlar gibi düşünüp, hareket eden sistemler olduğu yönünde ortak görüşler belirtilmiştir. Bilgileri depolama, sorulara cevap verme, dil işleme, iletişim kurma vb. görevleri başarıyla yapabilmesiyle yapay zeka, toplumları ve organizasyonları büyük oranda dönüştürme gücüne sahip teknolojilerdir. Araştırmada sürdürülebilir turizm kapsamında yapay zekanın nasıl bir rol oynadığı teknoloji kabul modeli ekseninde incelenecek ve bu sistemlerin sürdürülebilir turizmdeki etkinliği değerlendirilecektir. 1975' te Fishbein ve Aizen'in ortaya koyduğu“Planlı Davranış Teorisi”zemininde geliştirilen Teknoloji Kabul modeli (TKM), kullanıcıların yeni teknolojilere karşı nasıl bir tutum sergilediklerini araştırmak üzere tasarlanmıştır. 1980'li yıllarda ise Fred Davis tarafından geliştirilen bu model, geçmişten bugüne yaygın bir şekilde araştırmacılar tarafından kullanıcıların bilgi teknolojilerine yönelik kabulünü açıklamak için kullanılmaya devam etmektedir. Çalışma dahilinde bu model İstanbul'da tatil deneyimini tecrübe eden gezginlerin yapay zekayla uyumlanmış mobil uygulamalardaki sürdürülebilirliğe karşı tutumlarının incelenmesi amaçlanmaktadır.

Sustainable tourism is a type of tourism that positively transforms the environmental, cultural, and economic dimensions of both our current and future lives. This type of tourism, which ensures economic prosperity and the transfer of cultural and environmental assets to future generations, has a strong connection with the technological advancements of the 21st century. Within this framework, artificial intelligence technologies such as robotics, virtual technologies, and other technological innovations make significant contributions to sustainable tourism. Although artificial intelligence technologies do not yet have a precise definition today, there is a common view that these systems think and act like humans. With their ability to store information, answer questions, process language, communicate, and more, artificial intelligence technologies possess the transformative power to significantly impact societies and organizations. This research will examine the role of artificial intelligence in sustainable tourism within the framework of the Technology Acceptance Model and evaluate the effectiveness of these systems in sustainable tourism. Developed based on the“Theory of Planned Behavior”introduced by Fishbein and Aizen in 1975, the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) is designed to investigate how users respond to new technologies. In the 1980s, this model, developed by Fred Davis, has continued to be widely used by researchers to explain users' acceptance of information technologies from the past to the present.Within the scope of the study, this model will be utilized to analyze the attitudes of travelers experiencing holiday tourism in Istanbul towards sustainability in artificial intelligence-integrated mobile applications.
