Özet
Bu çalışmada, koçluk uygulamaları bağlamında danışman öğretmenlerin UKF yetkinlikleri ile ilgili beceri ve davranışlarının aday öğretmenlerin yetiştirilmesi ve geliştirilmesine katkısı incelenmiştir. Araştırma, nitel araştırma desenlerinden durum çalışması modelinde yürütülmüştür. Çalışma grubunun oluşturulmasında amaçlı örnekleme yöntemlerinden ölçüt örnekleme yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Çalışma grubunu 2024-2025 eğitim öğretim yılında Giresun İl Millî Eğitim Müdürlüğüne bağlı devlet okullarında görev yapan aday öğretmenler ve danışman öğretmenler oluşturmaktadır. Araştırma, 18 aday öğretmen ve 18 danışman öğretmeni kapsamaktadır. Araştırmada veri toplama yöntemi olarak görüşme tekniği ve yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu kullanılmıştır. Aday öğretmenler ve danışman öğretmenler için iki farklı görüşme formu hazırlanmıştır. Veriler, yazılı metin haline getirildikten sonra betimsel analiz ve tematik içerik analizi yöntemleri kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Elde edilen bulgulara göre, danışman öğretmenler tarafından yapılan koçluk uygulamalarının güçlü ve zayıf yönleri ile aday öğretmen yetiştirme sürecine ilişkin fırsat ve tehditler değerlendirilmiştir. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre danışman öğretmenlerin UKF yetkinliklerinin, aday öğretmenlerin yetiştirilmesi ve geliştirilmesine katkısı belirlenmiştir.

In this study, the contribution of the skills and behaviors of counselor teachers related to UKF competencies to the training and development of candidate teachers was examined in the context of coaching practices. The research was conducted in the case study model, one of the qualitative research designs. One of the purposeful sampling methods, criteria sampling method were used to form the study group. The study group consisted of candidate teachers and counselor teachers working in public schools affiliated with the Giresun Provincial Directorate of National Education during the in 2024-2025 academic year. The participants were 18 candidate teachers and 18 counselor teachers. In this study, interview technique and semi-structured interview form were used as data collection methods. Two different interview forms were prepared; one for candidate teachers and the other for counselor teachers. Data was analyzed by using descriptive analysis and thematic content analysis methods. According to the findings, the strengths and weaknesses of the coaching practices carried out by counselor teachers and the opportunities and threats related to the candidate teacher training process were evaluated. According to the research results, the contribution of counselor teachers' ICF competencies to the training and enchaning of candidate teachers was determined.
